It took a minute to figure out that you have to choose among the milliliters buttons first, then hit the 💧to get it to start: 100 to 1000 ml are the choices. Bonus: I’m getting more of a sense of how much actual water equals the multi milliliter measurement. Thus the dispensing device is like a modern version of a Pee-Chee folder interior flap. May finally bust me out of my 20th century addiction to ounces cups pints and quarts. Rational metric systems to supersede imperialist nonsense. Five stars, cheerio!

Nice features like measuring the amount of water made me improve my tea experience, no longer measuring too much water for my cup. You get used to fill a standard cup and not having to be worried to overflow.It's a good looking design and high end finish, easy to use, battery lasts long we almost forget about it.Much better than manually pumping or having to lift 5 gallon water jug.

Loved it until it died. 35 days after I received the item, It just quit all of a sudden right after dispensing the water, then for no reason it just stopped. I checked all the connections and found no issues. Really disappointing given the thousands of people who gave this product 4.5 stars.Not sure if I should try another brand or what. Not too surprising given the price. But if the life expectancy is only a month I should have only paid $10.00 for what is essentially a plastic water pump with a hose. It had promise but failed miserably. Really makes me question if all the reviews are actually from this product or if the reviews are legitimate.

I love this dispenser so much I bought more as a gift. I had an issue initially with the first one but customer service was great and issue was promptly resolved. It looks beautiful, can be placed anywhere since it’s wireless. It holds the charge for a long time and even has settings for amount to dispense so I can start it and walk away. I highly recommend this product.

Love this water dispenser as I do not have to lift my 5-gallon tank off the floor to use it and it is not bulky and ugly. The water dispenses with ease, and the easy to use measurement buttons are super helpful when filling large and small cups of water. The sleek design makes for a stylish option. My only trouble with it is that the dispenser it not high enough from the stand to fit larger cups and bottles of water so we have to tilt it and press the button several times to fill a water bottle. Just a small inconvenience that is easily overcome, though.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this because I live in Mexico and the water is bad so we live with tons 5gallon water bottles,this makes it so easy for me as I don't have to lift those bottles on to a dispenser, just hook hose, run hose to water bottle and that's it!! It comes with a charging cord takes a few hours to charge for days of use Love the gold color! Easy to assemble.

The product works in the respect that it does pump water well and measures the water well. However, I had to return the connection where the spout screws in was broken and water leaked out as it was pumping. So I got another one. Finally, got the second one set up and running with two jugs of water ready to go and I came out this morning to find it stopped working because the insides of the product filled with water. Would not recommend.
