Q: Does this shirt run small?

We had to return shirt as it was to small.

Q: Up to how much weight can the pouch hold?

Only infant (newborn) weight..... The shirt is very flimsy and will not support any more weight than that - I do not recommend purchasing this shirt.

Q: My son-in-law is 6'7" and the baby may be 10 #- will this shkrt fit them both?

This shirt is very thin and not made well - I would not suggest putting more than an average sized newborn in it. The shirt also was sized small - go up one size.
