I ordered this because I’ve been feeling stressed and wanted to understand what was going on with my adrenal health. The kit was very easy to use at home and didn’t take long at all. I like that it checks 4 markers (Cortisol, DHEA-S, the ratio, and even visceral fat) instead of just one thing. The results were clear and actually helped me understand my stress levels better. I really appreciate having something I can do myself without needing to schedule a doctor appointment. Super happy I tried it!

The process was very easy and the instructions were clear to follow. Once mailed, you can track the progress and the results were provided quickly once it was received at the lab. The results were easy to read and insights and recommendations given to help make positive changes. I like being able to have insights into my health that I can do in my own time and then can take concerns to my doctor if any and have evidence to back up those concerns. Highly recommend!

This was super easy to use. I got quick information that I've since used to make some major changes in my life. As it turns out, I have "highly elevated" cortisol, which didn't surprise me, and knowing this level confirmed my concerns. I'm beginning to address this with better hydration, which I learned can be a contributing factor to high cortisol levels, and that feels like a better first step than quitting my stressful teaching job. lol

The test was easy, affordable, and results were quick.

I have tried two of these and still not able to run the test on my blood. The Lance they send to stick you to get the blood does not work, or if by chance it does, it dont work good enough to get enough blood. Asked for a refund and they said they do not give refunds. This is a waist of time and a lot of pain when your sticking every finger to try and get enough blood to cover the area they say they need.
