PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS Marshmallow Root Extract (1 lb), Powder, Herbal Supplement

I got this to help me in an emergency wean on my strong prescription acid blocker (voquezna) when I almost ran out, but I like the taste so much that I'm still using it after finally getting my refills. Try this recipe: 500ml water bottle, 1-2tsp marshmallow root powder, 3-4 drops vanilla, 1/8-1/10 tsp baking soda, pure undiluted stevia extract to taste (the super strong stuff that makes the air sweet when you open the bag). Shake well and put it in the fridge for a few hours to cool before drinking. It seems to help with the burn, and the flavor is similar to a horehound candy/black tea cross when sweetened. PS: It's not thick at all. Reading "mucilage" makes it sound gross, but the thickness is comparable to apple juice (slightly thicker than water)

I make my own marshmallows for my kids and this product is just great: gut healthy, no sugar, like in the old times…Here is the recipe if anyone needs : • 1 thsp marshmallow root 1¼ cup hot water ½ cup maple syrup • ¼ cup gelatin * 1 tsp vonilla paste 8 ¼ tsp salt + 2 tbsp collagen Dust with arrowroot Steep marshmallow root in hot water 15 min- overnight, then strain. Grease and dust your dish with cacao, arrowroot, or sugar powder. 3 Warm steeped liquid + gelatin in a pot until dissolved. In a mixer, combine gelatin mix, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, salt, and collagen. 5 Whip on low 4 min, then medium-high 5-6 min until fluffy and light. 6 Spread into prepared dish, smooth top, and refrigerate 1 hr or more. Cut into squares, dust, and store in fridge (3-4 weeks) or freezer (2-3 months). Enjoy your soft, soothing, natural marshmallows

OK, so I didn’t take it long enough to see a huge difference, especially because I really bought this as a gift for my mother because of some health issues that she does have with her stomach, and ended up telling me that she started to feel a lot better and is able to eat more Now. It’s pretty easy to use you could put it in your yogurt, or drinks I would put mine in my protein shake. Not much of any type of crazy taste or smell. I think the quality of this brand is really good. But I would definitely like to try it again so that I could make another review for myself. But the benefits to this is great and I guess I would really recommend it.

I bought this to use for gut health for a horse and within a week of use, he went from being girthy about saddling and sensitive to grooming over his belly/flank area back to his normal, happy self. It is a super light/fine powder so it's dusty, but I wet his grain down and he hasn't had a problem with it. The smell is very earthy and rather potent but it's working well and he's happy. As a horse supplement, it's definitely a good value. Definitely recommend for equine gut health.

I use Marshmallow root in a laxative mix that I encapsulate for my friends and family. Along with Cascara Sagrada, it acts as a buffer against cramping, and also works as a stool softener. So much better than OTC laxatives that work only by causing the colon to spasm. This will help the user to develop a regular habit of evacuating every day. The herb was clean and appeared to be fresh. Would recommend.

Good packaging. Arrived in time. Seems good quality. I've been using it for reflux. And plan to use it for homemade marshmellows. The powder is a brownish color and very fine.

This is great to make marshmallows or tea with. It has way more benefits in it then you expect. I'm never able to find this anywhere locally so I had to purchase it online and I don't regret anything.
