My experience.
I purchased this watch. After using it for 3 months or so, the display got lines. I tried to contact the customer care, but it was really a hard process. Took a lot of time to find out the way to reach them. Finally i could register a ticket. After that everything went smooth. They asked 150/- rs to take back the watch. Though in doubt, i paid it. After 2-3 days, they took the watch back. Then i received a brand new watch (same model) after a week orso. That was a very nice gesture from their side (that's how it should be, as it has guarantee). The surprising part is, after a month, i received the aforesaid used watch, after repairing. i. e, now i have two watches of the same model.

Decent Features, But Falls Short on Key Aspects for My Needs
The Fire-Boltt Phoenix Pro smartwatch offers a mixed bag of features. On the positive side, the metal body gives it a premium look and feel, which I appreciate. The user interface on the watch itself is also fairly intuitive and easy to navigate. I found the SpO2 and heart rate monitoring to be generally consistent with what I would expect. The battery life is also quite decent, lasting me a solid 4-5 days on a full charge with phone call mode and notifications turned off, which is a definite plus. However, there are a few significant drawbacks that prevent me from fully recommending this smartwatch, especially for my specific needs. Firstly, while it boasts a large number of sports modes, I noticed the accuracy of tracking varied depending on the activity. More importantly, a key reason I purchased this watch was for sleep monitoring. Unfortunately, I discovered in the manual that the sleep detection is fixed from 8 PM to 10 AM. This limitation makes the sleep monitoring feature completely unusable for me as I sleep during the day and work the nights. The lack of an option to adjust the sleep schedule, a common feature in other brands, is a major oversight.Furthermore, the process of registering for the warranty has been a frustrating experience. The instructions indicated that the serial number could be found on the back of the watch or the box, but I couldn't locate it in either place. This has raised concerns about the authenticity of the product. To make matters worse, I contacted the support team five days ago regarding this issue, and I have yet to receive any response. This lack of customer support is concerning. For the price, the Fire-Boltt Phoenix Pro offers some appealing features like good battery life and a nice design. However, the inaccurate sports tracking, the inflexible and ultimately unusable sleep monitoring for night shift workers, and the hassle with warranty registration coupled with unresponsive customer support make it difficult for me to wholeheartedly recommend this product. It might be an okay option for those with standard sleep schedules and who don't heavily rely on precise sports tracking or immediate customer support, but it definitely has areas that need improvement.

Good looks, Bright and vivid Display
Gifted to my wife. She loves ut and has been using since a year. Overall good looks and feel. Touch display is also very good, responsinve and bright. Only thing is the charing pins are very small and create an issue when trying to connect due to metal stap megnatic pull. She doesn't use on daily basis ao cann't comment of battery life and other featurea.

Innacurate steps count
The steps count is highly INNACURATE. It keeps increasing even when you are lying on the bed! It showed 6k steps on the watch whereas my iphone health app shows 2k steps. (I barely walked over to store which is 100 m away. )Im highly disappointed with the steps accuracy. Otherwise, it is good.

Watch
I was initially satisfied with this product, but after using it for two months, I've encountered some issues. The steel strap has faded, and the step tracker is inaccurate, counting steps even when I'm sitting.
