Regularity Achieved! I’ve Never Been So Proud of My Bathroom Schedule!
Let me just say, these Digestive Probiotics work. Before I started taking them, I was what you might call a “once every three days” bathroom visitor. Things moved slower than a sloth on vacation. But now? Let’s just say regularity is my middle name. They’ve worked so well that I went ahead and installed an iPad holder in my bathroom, because when you’re this consistent, you might as well make it a comfortable experience! I’m on my second bottle, and I’ll definitely keep these in my daily routine. I don’t feel bloated anymore, my acid reflux has chilled out, and overall, I just feel better. If you’re tired of playing bathroom roulette, these little capsules are the real MVPs. Just don’t forget your reading material, you’ll be spending a lot more quality time in there! Good value and good product
I like these a lot. I first started buying them at Costco but I think they are even cheaper here. The bottle says they DO NOT need to be refrigerated so I keep the bottle out on the table. I don’t have any problem digesting them. I do take them first thing on an empty stomach.

Great for those with digestive issues!
I started taking these probably over a year ago now, and have seen improvement in my digestive health. I take one at night with dinner, not sure is there is a recommended time to take them. I have experienced less bloating and painful gas cramps then before I took them.
