This product works great!! I never used a netty pot nor a nasal cleanser before. It is very simple to use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I filled the bottle to 300 mL and mixed in the salt. Turned my head, as per the instructions, and my sinuses were immediately being flushed out. It is actually quite comfortable to use. I thought the nozzle was a bit aggressive at first, but I understand that you need that type of pressure to effectively flush everything out. I recommend this product

I was happy with the quality and ease of this sinus rinse.It is a safe form of plastic. It is designed to be comfortable and flow like a neti pot, but much easier to activate the flow with a button at the bottom of the bottle. I'm sure I will be buying more than one of these.

I was scared but this was actually super comfortable. Quality is great and it is super easy to use. Perfect size and great value for the price. Comes with a huge amount of saline packets for rinsing!

Works great for me … tried Navage before but my very arthritic hands did not allow me to use it. Made a ‘holder’ w bottle upside down to dry. Helps w congestion and post nasal drip. Includes a simple temp gauge to hold against warmed water so you can know if heated ro/distilled water is just right.Great value.

Got this for my daughter when she was sick and it works. At first, she was hesitant to try it, but eventually she wanted anything to clean out her nose so she could sleep. Once she used it, she felt better and keep using it until she got better. Now, when she gets sick, she doesn't hesitate to use it before bed to help her sleep. It's so easy to use, cheap, and just works.

I live in West/Central Texas and the allergies have been crazy with the weather changes.I got/used this product on a day where it wasn't too terrible, just because I wanted to see how uncomfortable it was going to be..I used distilled water, filled it up to the 300ML mark and then microwaved it for 30 seconds. It brought it to be fairly warm.. poured a saline packet into the bottle and made sure it desolved. I poured a little bit on my wrist to gauge the temperature (product also comes with a sticker that tells you if it's warm enough or too cold/hot.)The nasal tip gave a good seal in my nose with no leaks.. Tilted my head forward and opposite of the direction of where I put the 'neti pot' into. You have to open/breath through your mouth.It honestly wasn't bad. I didn't really feel the water go through my nasal/sinuses area and water started coming out. You do feel a little bit but it wasn't anywhere as bad as I was thinking it would be.Do the other side now and blow your nose after. Even though my sinuses weren't terrible this day, I could still feel a difference, it really cleared everything out!

Wife's review: I got covid in February. I always lose my sense of smell and get phantom smells which are very unpleasant. I imagine smelling burning chemicals constantly. This little thing is easy to use and works great. The top does leak a little which needs to be improved. Using this almost daily with the saline packets and a sinus oil, has helped greatly. The last time I got covid,but took almost a year for to stop smelling the horrible phantom smells, but after only 2 months my smell is improving.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would of given 5 stars but the thermometer for the water does not work!
