I am in love with this weather striping it makes some very cool art work. Very sturdy and very soft like marshmallows very easy to use and visibly is amazing and great insulation if that's what you want to use to replace old ones. Whoever I just created art with them.

I've gone through more than 300 linear feet of this stuff sound-proofing and draft-proofing doors throughout my condo building. The rubber itself is very soft and squishy which is perfect for creating a tight seal even when the gap width is not consistent. The adhesive on this stuff is absolutely top notch—incredibly strong and it stays in place once set. For the best possible seal, wipe the surface down with isopropyl alcohol to clean off any dust or grease before applying the weatherstripping. After that, the rubber itself will tear before the adhesive comes loose. Highly recommended!

I installed this weather stripping recently to seal a drafty door in my house, and overall I’m pretty happy with how it performs. The material feels soft but durable, and it compresses nicely when the door closes, which helps block out both cold air and outside noise. I immediately noticed a difference—less draft coming in and the room stays more comfortable, especially at night. Installation was straightforward. I cleaned the surface, lined it up, and stuck it on without needing any extra tools. The adhesive is decent and holds well as long as the surface is clean and dry. It also looks clean once applied, especially the white color—it blends in well with most door frames and doesn’t look bulky. That said, it’s not perfect, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. In a couple of spots, I had to press it down again after a few days to make sure it stayed fully attached, especially in areas where the door gets frequent use. Also, if your gap is larger than expected, you might need to double it up or look for a thicker option. Overall, this is a solid and affordable solution for improving insulation and reducing noise. It does what it promises and is easy to work with. Just make sure you measure your gaps properly and prep the surface well before installing. I’d definitely buy it again for other doors or windows around the house.

My apt. door is not hung flush, so there are spaces where you can see sunlight coming in, and hear me talking inside easily. I hated this, so got this weatherstripping to hopefully save on energy costs and mute at least SOME of the noise. It applies extremelly easily, gotta give it that. Pros: Goes on nicely and smoothly. Con: If it gets rubbed by the frame at all, it gets rubbed right off. Pro: Easy to fit to size Con: If you don't place it EXACTLY where you want it to be, and try to pull it off and re-situate it, you might as well throw it away. Not only does the adhesive only work once, but it takes paint off the door like you would not believe. I doubt I would purchase this again, but it's a good price for a so-so product. Works in a pinch.

I could not be happier. I live in a condo and the patio doors, while beautiful, have horrendous sealing. In fact, there is no sealing all, the gaps are so large around the frame that I wouldn't be surprised if a squirrel somehow managed to get through!! I kid, I kid, but I really wish I had taken a picture first to show how bad it is. We have horrible wind here as soon as it gets cold, and you can feel the air leaking in just sitting on the couch. We can run the heat all morning, day, and night, and it still will not get warm in most of the rooms. I bought weather stripping like this from home depot last year, but for whatever reason, my husband took it down during the summer at some point.. I didn't want to make a whole trip to home depot and walk 20 minutes in the store to find more, so I ordered this. I couldn't believe how affordable it is and was even happier when it arrived! You get two rolls, and they even include a bonus roll of thin scotch adhesive tape in case their backing isn't sticky enough, which is absolutely is! The adhesion and ease was fantastic and I love that you can separate the two tubes! I left them in tact and it was just perfect for what I needed. Because we use the door every day and I can't seal it off compelty, I peeled off only one side of the tubing, placed that side farthest to the edge of the door corners, and left the other tube free hanging over the door gaps. The material is fantastic quality, so it fits snug over and against the gaps, even without that side of the tubing attached to anything. I already felt an immediate difference! Placing my hand over the gaps, I cannot feel any air coming in. I will be purchasing more of this over the weekend!!

Great stuff! Easy cut to size, peel and stick installation. Makes a big difference and seals relatively large gaps around doors.

UPDATE and lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I doesn't deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE, useless product. And shame on the sound proof video guy for recommending this crap! The part that did initially stick is already coming loose from my door frame. Note: I did clean the door frame very well prior to installation as instructed. Even used alcohol wipes after washing with soap and water beforehand. This is a HORRIBLE product and I am surprised by all of the positive reviews which is the reason I purchased this crap. My reviews are honest, so if you buy this crap like I did due to those positive reviews, you will likely be disappointed (maybe mine was just old or refurbished??). I recommend that anyone go to a big box store and see what you are buying so you don't waste your $. *********************************************************** I had planned to use two strips together, but the two strips came apart on own at the ends. I decided to deal with it and just use on strip. THEN...on one of the strips the glue came off with the backing so the sealing strip was useless unless I end up using hot glue. I was able to use one the other piece. Thankfully I bought two packs, but I feel like I should be reimbursed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT based on the glue pulling off with the backing has shown in the photo. Maybe I had a pack that was old and had been in stock for a while? Who knows.

It perfectly blocks external sound, fill the gaps btw doors, lifesaver for me as external sounds create a problem for day to day workings.

Very good product. It is just a a bit thicker than needed but it does excellence job.
