Excellent
Well I was not expecting a snorkel to be this good for £4.00. Its turned out to be the best I've ever had and used. Excellent all round.

Works perfect
Scuba diver but also competentSnorkeller, don’t use it diving but it serves well snorkelling and the clip works well.Only thing I would say that stopped it getting 5 stars is its mouth piece is a little large and sharp but only becomes a small issue if used for long periods of time and I’m quite small for reference. Great value for money.

brilliant first time snorkel for exploring
I got this for open water swimming. I live in South East Cornwall 300 metres from the coastline. There is a bay a mile from me which I like to explore around the rocks. But this is my first snorkel. I used it in conjuction with: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0839YRDH9 also from SEAC. They work perfectly together as a snorkelling set.As a bit of a beginner in snorkelling I had heard that there is a technique to master and it isn't quite as simple as just breathing through a tube underwater.I found this really user friendly. There certainly is a technique but this snorkel gave me the confidence to learn quickly with it.It is very comfortable in my mouth. The bite is a good size. It is easy to secure in my mouth. The shape of the top really works well at massively limiting water entering the snorkel. The purge valve is super effective. It is easy to clear any water when it (rarely does) ingress. The construction feels really good quality. Good strong plastics have been used. The silicone mouthpiece attaches to the tube really securely. The mask clip moves all around. It seems pretty universal. It sits firmly and securely in place to keep the snorkel in optimum upright position. But it can be altered with ease too.

Get rid of the hard plastic top. and the valve...
I liked the price, but the snorkel is overdesigned. I bought it to replace my old snorkel as the mouthpiece had perished beyond further repair, it was over 30 years old. Why does a snorkel need a valve and what I guess is a splash guard. I found that by removing the guard at the top, it works better. As it has a silicon mushroom valve at the bottom, you can't really use it if you wish, like I prefer, displacement clearing. I went with SEAC as they are an Italian spearfishing/freediving specialist. The snorkel is made in China and is just the same as many of the other Chinese ones on the market. The simple J shaped, valveless design, such as Cressi-Sub, though almost three times the price, is in my opinion, far better.

Soft and Comfortable in the Mouth
I am very pleased with this snorkel. It fits comfortably in the mouth and so light, it clips securely onto my swimming goggles. I am new to snorkelling and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the bottom of the sea as I swim. It's a whole new experience! In calm water with just slight waves, I had no difficulty keeping the water out but if any did get in, the valve at the bottom expels it when you breathe out or just lift your head out of the water and it is released. I haven't used it for diving under the surface, just for swimming along on the top, looking at the bottom and it is brilliant. Very pleased with it. I can't wait for next year when there should be some Barrel jellies to see!

Decent snorkel for the beach
Nice solid snorkel by SEAC. It has a purge valve and is comfy when in your mouth. My partner and son both used this at the beach before the weather got bad. Nice and lightweight and doesn't take up too much room in the beach bag. My partner does snorkelling alot when on holidays so this will be ideal for next year. My son had never done snorkelling before so this was a good experience for him. He usually panics when under water but this really helped plus he was able to see clearly when using goggles. Great price at £14 at the time of delivery.

Good quality, no valve/ball at the top of hose
The media could not be loaded. Materials:The Snorkel appears to be made transparent polycarbonate plastic that is pretty stiff at its shaft. The mouth piece is made from standard silicon/rubber that is very soft while being thick enough to last some timeSize:38 cm in length, with a shaft diameter of 25mm.Total weight is around 200 grams.Impressions:The snorkel it pretty lightweight and has a nice curvature that goes around the curve of my head pretty nicely. There is also a plastic hook/button that allows you to secure it to a diving mask. The silicone mouthpiece is really easy to bite on and is very ergonomic, you can wear this for hours and not get tired.Snorkel has a push valve at its bottom, which is designed to release any excess water by simply blowing it out.Remarks:Top base of this snorkel doesn't have any protection against water, my old snorkel has a ball like valve, that closes whenever I dive. For me personally this is a deal breaker, but in the end its a great snorkel that will will do its job just as any other.

Einfacher Schnorchel - funktioniert gut - Preis-Leistung super
