This rope floats and can get wet, so is ideal of boats/SUP/Kayak.It looks to be the kind of rope commonly used for safety exercises around rapids.Its not really strong enough as a main rope for tying up large boats. It would be suitable for other general lighter use on boats.Every SUP group / family should have some of this rope available for safety, to help tie SUPs together in windy weather for example.
