This is an advantageous book to begin with for learning universally useful SQL. There are bunches of hands-on cases, tests and quizzes to drive home the essentials. It is superb as a newbie guide and is additionally reasonable for individuals who need to audit and revive their memory on particular parts of SQL.

Very disjointed and unorganized content. Not sure this book would be very helpful for those attempting to learn SQL for the first time. I could only manage to get through the first five chapters before realizing continuing would not be a good use of my time.

Great and helpful book. I am impressed with the resources of knowledge that Steve Tale presents. I found the writing very attractive as well. It encouraged me to learn how to program adaptable and powerful databases using SQL quickly. This book helps completely and takes programming skills to the next level. This book has been super helpful for me getting on SQL. I guess this is the best option for beginners who want to learn SQL programming. I highly appreciate Steve's effort in this book.

As a programmer I bought this book in the hope of giving me a basic knowledge of SQL...and it's unreadable, the explanation of how I should write each command is badly illustrated and confusing, with many knowledge points that are not covered. At the end of each chapter I had a lot of questions so that I could only find the answers online. I'm going to buy a different one.

Goods not as advertised. Not only is the cover a completely different design but the content is so rudimentary that it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Highly disappointed.

Thankful Steve Tale for this valuable book. I am new to SQL and I don't have an establishment data about it. I successfully get this book for me to get some answers concerning it and I never deplored it. Very clear and unequivocal on bits of knowledge concerning SQL. I am beyond question sharing this to my IT partner and get some additional musings also.
