The fleece-lined Glacy combines warmth and comfort on the inside with a touch of style on the outside. The suede upper and moulded rubber outsole provide the stylish touch of an action sport boot, while offering breathable, waterproof construction and impressive grip on snow. All with the elegant simplicity of a slip-on boot.

These boots are the Beans!
Wowee these booties are fabby. Purchased for my wife as her first pair gave up after 5 years! The good:Great for transporting bottles of wine in to protect the bottle thanks to the soft liningThe brown colour doesn't look too bad if the wine bottle neck snaps (unprotected as the boots cover about 2/3 of a wine bottle) and spills all over themLightweight so the dog can carry them round with easeCan put them on and stand in trough filled with beans and no bean juice leaks onto socksThe bad:I didn't score them down for this as they are more for walking in snow and winter conditions however they were not very grippy on steep inclines covered in a slick of mud and they are also quite slippy on kitchen tiles when covered in spilt beans.Overall i am still happy to pay around £100 per set of these as 5 years is a long time and it means that we can do between 68-70 Bean sessions without messing up a pair of socks.

Very slippery, sole offers no grip!
I loved these boots when they first arrived - they are comfortable, waterproof and look good too (though run a little small so bare in mind), HOWEVER the first time I wore them out I nearly skidded over on wet paving. They are incredibly slippy and the sole offers no grip whatsoever. I don't dare wear them in the first lot of icy weather we've had this year but I bought them for snow and ice, so they are pretty much useless now! Very disappointing from a quality name like Sorel. Would return if I hadn't worn them already.

Annoying. Also find
This was my third shot at buying these boots. I spoke to Sorel themselves re sizing but what they didn’t say was that they will feel tight at first and then stretch, becoming too big. Am wallowing around in them having gone up half a size from the first pair which felt really tight. Annoying. Also find, when I did wear them, they are very short and the snow kept flicking up and into them. Shame. Looked so good....

Robust boots
I had high expectations for these boots and they looked fab when they arrived. They did fit perfectly I’m a size 4 wide foot and had room.I had to return because I couldn’t stand the smell from the suede, it was like a foisted smell and very overpowering.I’m not sure if this was a one off or if they would all be like that but I’m funny with bad smells unfortunately.

Nice cosy boots
Really nice boots. Well constructed, comfortable and up to now waterproof as claimed. I sprayed them with protector when I first got them, and have worn them nearly every day for a month dog walking in rain and mud, and they clean up very well. The treads slip a bit though, on smooth surfaces like wooden steps or slick mud, but great for rough terrain as they absorb the shock well.I would say five star, but they are quite hard to pull on which is annoying. Hoping they will ease up with wear.

Overall very pleased
This review is a bit late (I bought them during the summer of 2107)... but now I can give a thorough review!I am normally a size 6 but I found these a little roomy; nothing a slightly thicker sock can't sort out. This boots are extremely comfortable, lightweight and are great for walking in colder temperatures, rainy and snowy conditions, but not on ice or smooth/wet floors! I would also not recommend them in warmer temperatures as the synthetic materials leave your feet too hot. With a little TLC they are still in a good condition and I hope to get a least a couple more years out of them. I would recommend buying a dark colour as wet mud can be a bit tenacious to remove and it might affect the appearance a bit more once buffed out.

Excellent boots well worth the money
These are my second pair of these particular boots. They fit well, are waterproof and are very warm and robust. I have had the first pair for several years and use them rather than wellies to walk my dog everywhere (woods, muddy fields, snow) and in all weathers. Although they are now looking tatty, I have worn the heels right down so that they have holes in them and the lining inside around the foot has now worn away through natural wear and tear the boots are still waterproof the outer lining is still intact I do still wear them as they still do the job. Several of my friends have the more popular named boots but they would never have survived the treatment that these Sorel boots have had from me and still be wearable.

Gorgeous Boots
These boots are absolutely perfect, they're a great colour, a really good fit around the calf and super comfy!I am a size 6 but ordered a 6.5 and I couldn't be happier, I think a 6 would have been fine too but I may have needed to wear them in slightly especially if wearing thick socks. My last boots were the Sugar Daddies from Rocket Dog, which were great apart from the sizing running a bit too big and the internal sole breaking down at the heel, I don't think I'll have the same problem with these boots as they feel much sturdier, would definately recommend.
