I'm sure you can snag similar items at the dollar tree, but I don't feel like you're going to get as many pages. This one felt a little less like novelty trash and more like a fun experience with some fine motor and different type of art for a change. You get the stencils, the scratchers, and the books are spiral bound. It even had the bags and toes to use them as party favors, which I didn't realize when I purchased, but they'd be perfect for that as well! Plus, it had the magic number I needed.

These were a liked gift for my artistic nieces and nephews. They liked them and I like they came with so many ~60 but they were small like 6x6 or so. I thought they were letter size but found thier a little less than half a letter size maybe 5x5
