Does the job!!!
It’s definetly not the professionals choice,, as if you were making bar drinks or selling smoothies,, but I’m very pleased with this because it’s LIGHTWEIGHT, it’s ATtractive, and it makes my Protien drinks really creamy really nice. Pitcher is large and has SAFETY FEATURES,, I like this that it WILL NOT START TILL YOU HAVE SECURED THAT PITCHER ON!! , I am enjoying it and it’s not expensive.

It works okay... mostly...
It'll blend most of it, but there are always large chunks that stirring in between pulses and trying to rearrange the bits around the blades just doesn't fix

Does crush ice
Just used it again yesterday. It crushed the ice I put in and they were healthy cubes. I did have some trouble unscrewing the lid after I blended my smoothie. It is easy enough to clean.

isn't very powerful
I thought I would use this for crushed ice drinks but it didn't do the job. didn't even puree canned tomatoes

No good blender
It burnt out on me days after my warranty, now I have go a day or two without a blender and I'm a Vegan.
