Estwing E6-22BLC 22oz Smooth Face Big Blue Rock Pick Hammer with Shock Reduction Grip

Had the 20oz for about 7 years but handle started to slip. Really liked the look of this 22oz so went and bought it. Works great fro banging in ties on timber frame houses and is an all round great tool. I just wish it had a feature that would enable us to pull nails from wood also but still a great tool. Highly reccoment

When you buy one brand new you look at it and you don’t want to take it on site you wanna put it in your kitchen and tender meat with it it’s beautiful piece of kit. Cuts brick like no tomorrow. Have gone up in price but still 100% worth the money

Have owned this for a couple of year now and use most days really is a great product I use for stonework mainly and has lasted well handle has slightly started to show signs of loosening but still works great has had a hard life

Bu çekiç her ne kadar blok işçiliii için üretilmiş olsada ben ahşap işleri için aldım çekiç kısmı pürüzsüz darbelerde ahşapta iz bırakmıyor, keski kısmı gayet kullanışlı ahşap ta manivela gibi kullanılabiliyor aynı zamanda dar alanda çakma işlemindede ideal. Malzeme kalitesi güzel boya işçiliği ehhh.. ürün imalatta son işlemleri elle yapıldığı için asimetri mevcut bu da bu kadar çok üretim yapıp hala son hali elle yapılmasında çok normal ben beğendim. Almayı düşünen yarışmacı arkadaşlara başarılar çünkü fiyatlar çok değişebiliyor..

手に持ってみて感じたのは「重い」こと。バランスが悪く持ち重りしているのではなさそうです。純粋に重量がある感じです。計ると「９００ｇ（梱包抜き本体のみ）」でした。・・・これはそこそこ力持ちの方向きでは？「大人並みの力はある」と自認していましたが・・・。あまり力に自信がない方が、フィールドで持ち歩きながらたたくには向かないと感じます。ただ、たまたまわたしが「よく持ち歩きで使用すること」と「あまり固くて大きな石は相手にしていないこと」で言えるのだと思います。持ち歩きには少し疲れるかもしれませんが「固く大き目の岩石も割れそうなパワー（重いですから）＆小さく柔らかめの石も当然割れる汎用性」は、評価に値すると感じます。扱えるならば、これ１本で様々な場に対応してくれそうです。撃ちがねの四角い部分がそこそこ広く、たがねも打ちやすそうです。最後にひとつ。柄（持ち手部分）が日本人には太い気がします。成人男性・普通サイズの手（？）で「慣れれば扱える」のでは？小柄な方には正直おススメは・・・。いい所がいっぱいです。良品と思いますが、扱う対象や使用する人を選ぶところがあります。（研究室内なら使いますが、フィールドにはもう少し軽いのを持って行きそうです。）

I've used Estwing hammers for decades and can admit I'm a biased fan as they've never failed me. Wanted a chipping hammer and almost went with one of the off brand cheaper ones to save $10 but decided to stick with my tried and true. I've put numerous full swing, heavy hits chipping out hard, unwanted material and it does the damage without taking the damage! It's basically been used more as a demo hammer than chipping/shaping block and rocks. Looks good-as all Estwings do-feels good and does the simple job it's tasked with. Glad I spent the little extra and got a hammer that will most likely last as long as I need it to.
