I was happy to find that my dog started using the stairs almost immediately. I was hesitant after purchasing other (plastic) stairs in the past and they didn’t get used due to the loud noise her footsteps would make. It frightened her.These stairs however, are stable, quiet, and made out of a material that is comfortable for my pup to use. She really enjoys the fabric and the traction it provides her.

This is absolutely the highest quality product of this type that you can buy at any price. It expands into a large, narrow stair step which is almost solid but still soft. No sagging cloth, it fills-out on it's own and the rounded steps are perfect for my older cat. I showed her how to climb up the steps once and she immediately got it, and she uses it many times a day. This literally a product that could last 10 or 20 years, it's that good.

Opening this was quite an experience. It was vacuum sealed so hearing and seeing it open up was awesome! Our dog was hesitant to use it at first but he learned. Still jumping up and down but at least he has it as an option now. Good product. A little expensive but whatever.

These steps are sturdy and soft at the same time. Not too steep of a step and looks so easy to walk up. Now, if my dog would cooperate and use them! I have to start him going up since he just refuses to do it alone. He still wants me to pick him up. Getting harder to do as I age.

Winter loves his new stairs! The stairs are very firm but light weight so they don't squish when used. On the first day Winter didn't need much convincing to go up the stairs, just a little bit of treat enticement to come down the stairs. My only issue is that the stairs can move even on carpet, if he runs at them from the side to use them. Overall, Winter weighs 30 lbs now and I cannot lift him up easily anymore, so these stairs are wonderful.

Best ever! I just love this. It is so perfect for the dog. It’s the only thing he would even think about getting up on. He’s evidently very comfortable with it. You have a choice of colors and it matches my brown couch and looks like it’s part of it. I just love it. It’s made very well while giving comfort to the dog.I can’t say enough good things about it. 10 stars.

I bought this for my 20 year old cat with hip pain and it worked perfectly! It’s not soft or hard it’s stable enough for a heavy weight cat or a medium dog ! I’m getting one more to make it more secure ♥️slip resistant and good price

The 3 step is perfect for my low profile couch! My 14 lb chihuahua mix has no problem using them. I have another set of stairs by this company in a different design and I love those too.
