Great little product!
So the one I got from Amazon stopped working, but I contacted their company's customer service and they replaced it with a new working one! Excellent customer service, quick shipping too. The product itself works excellently! With a quick press of the button, it turns on and cleans any small object with UV light.

Does not work, very cheaply made
Ordered it as a way to keep my retainers clean, did not work, really have to push the button to get the blue light to come on. Even then feels like you are going to break the thing. Did not notice a cleaner retainer.

Really works!
I worked in the dental field for years and part of what I did was clean people's retainers when they came in for appointments. Retainers get plaque buildup quickly and can smell like bad breath. Once I got my retainers, I tried brushing them and soaking them in a cleaning solution constantly to prevent my retainers from getting, well, gross. Cleaning them as much as I did has helped, but it took a lot of time. I purchased this retainer case about 6 months ago and am in LOVE! I only soak my retainers about once a month now, and brush them once a day. This retainer has saved me some much time and stress over making sure my retainers are clean and fresh. The best part is all it takes is a push of a button!

Stopped working after a week
This product worked for the first week then stopped working. Have to charge repeatedly or keep plugged in and even then the charge button doesn’t work. Save your money or spend a little more on a better cleaner (bought for my nightguard)
