I used it on Windows 10 with no issues. It says it is compatible with Mac so it should work.

not sure, you have to have the connections fit each other

It worked very well for the Toshiba MK3008GAL drive with a 40 pin ZIF. Your drive is 40 pin ZIF as well so it should work as long as the cable is the same.

Q: Any solutions on how to access ipod drive with this once attached? Shows drive but can't access files or see size

You'll need to get an iPod utility software program (I use CopyTrans) - the program will then let you access the drive and copy your files.
