Cleaning up after my puppy has been a breeze
I don' review often, but had to write about this product line after buying this and the multi-surface cleaner... This stuff works great, and I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals around my new puppy. I highly recommend this product if you are looking to ditch the bleach/chemical based products. I also have the multi-surface cleaner for the kitchen surfaces, I think its the best probiotic product out there.

Cleans well,
This product comes in a nice spray bottle that sprays well. I love the premise of using probiotic bacteria to clean. Bacteria can multiply if given the right conditions (I.E. lots of food) and can get to areas I can't and clean that up. Reading the label it says that these are bacteria that kill off bad bacteria. The obvious question is, what about the actual material. It isn't the bacteria on the dog pee I am concerned about, but the dog pee itself that feeds bad bacteria, contains viruses, Etc. The natural response is to look up what bacteria is used in this formulation. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell they keep that proprietary. I have really young puppies and the label claims that immunocompromised individuals or pets should speak to a doctor/vet before use which makes me wonder if it is safe for them. The bottle also recommends washing hands thoroughly after use. It makes one wonder how benign are these bacteria? It does seem to help with pee smell when I tried it and cleans things decently as far as I can tell. It also doesn't have a harsh chemical smell. Overall, I have liked it, but not being able to tell what is in it is slightly concerning to me.

A fair job!
This did not remove the smells as well as it claimed! It wasn't bad, but the smells returned by the next day! It cleaned the old Staines pretty well, but I think maybe the pad will need replacing

works so far
I have good news and bad news(Good news:) my senior dog that has a bad problem with accidentally peeing in the house 20 minutes after last being out hasn't peed in my house in weeks so (bad news) I haven't been able to use this on urine(Good news) I gave my dogs cow trachea treats a few days ago and it left behind some organic, beefy residue/stains on my rug and what appeared to be a drop of blood. I sprayed this last night, took a photo, and went to come back this morning to take an after photo but I can't find the spot at all. This must have taken it completely out. but (bad news) I don't have an after picture because I don't want to accidentally take a photo of the wrong part of the rug and be lying. I can't remember exactly where the 2 spots were and now I don't see anything. Will update if I have an occasion to use this on urine.

Did nothing for my smelly couch
Unfortunately this did not even make a dent in the dog odor that emanates from my couch. I don't think it's a matter of me not using enough as I used up more than half the bottle in one application, but I'll give this product the benefit of the doubt as other reviewers have indicated it works well for them. Therefore I'll assume that my 120lb Newfoundland / Poodle mix has ingrained her stink well into the cushions and I'll have to splurge another exorbitant amount again for a professional deep steam cleaning. I was admittedly trying the cheap route first but if your furniture is more deeply rooted further down than just the surface, a simple spray may not meet your needs.

Works well so far
I've tried this spray a few times so far on some stains in our hardwood floor. The smell is pleasant when you apply it, but it doesn't stay after wiping it away, which I'm fine with it. It did help with removing scent of urine, but the stain is still in the floor. I like that the ingredients are natural. I would recommend this spray to help with removing pet scents, but the staining may not be removed with this spray.

Seems quite effective
Three dogs can cause a lot of havoc on carpet, especially when they eat something they shouldn’t.This stain and odor remover seems quite effective so far, even on older stains. I just spray it on the stain and scrub it in a bit, let it soak and work its magic a while, then blot it up with a clean towel. Stain is gone and so far no sign of the sticky residue that attracts all future dust/dirt unlike other brands. It’s no substitute for a full deep carpet clean, but it does a good job for smaller messes that don’t justify dragging out the spotbot or full size carpet cleaner

Worked after I tried other cleaners.
I have only been using this on my foam honeycomb type litter mats that had a strong cat pee odor to it. I washed it off first with my regular cleaner and after drying the smell was still strong so sprayed this on and it eliminated it. I was very happy to save the litter mat and so now I give them all a quick spray after cleaning and that problem is gone. I have five litter boxes with many mats and this works great. I am sure this would probably work on fresh carpet accidents also.
