APLOSL02 1000 Lumens Rechargeable Mini EDC Flashlight, 365nm UV Light, Multi-Color Light Source, Small Pocket Light with Magnetic Base & Beeping Alarm (White)

This light packs a ton of features in a very lightweight and diminutive body. Aside from the two main flashlight LEDs, which can cast a very bright flood pattern in turbo mode, it also boasts seven side panel lights or modes of varying colors or flashing patterns plus a UV light and a flashing alarm. Its built in battery seems to have good capacity as well since it’s still going strong after ten days of fairly frequent use after the initial charging. I also find its fluorescent feature very useful since it renders this flashlight easily locatable in the dark for hours after the light has been turned off.There are only a few nitpicks that even collectively don’t subtract from the five-star rating:- There’s no safety off feature for preventing the light from accidentally turning on while in the pocket or luggage, etc. However, that risk is ameliorated by the design of the user interface: to turn anything on, you would have to give the relevant switch either a long press or 2-3 quick presses, and those patterns of activation seem less likely to happen accidentally.- There’s no moonlight mode (for when very low light is needed), but this shortcoming is alleviated by the red light on the side panel, since red light is well known to be easy on and preserve night vision.- The flashing alarm is really not loud enough to be useful and can be a bit annoying when accidentally triggered.All in all, this flashlight makes me marvel at the technological progress being made in China and I sincerely hope that the United States and China can continue to work together to achieve win-win solutions for both countries.

*The rubber stopper is very difficult to open. The small lip on it rips off the first time you open the stopper, requiring a sharp tool for every subsequent opening. What's more, it gets in the way of your charging cable. Just rip it off.Click the left button twice to turn on one of several LEDs. The first is red, with every subsequent click turning on, blue, then flashing red, then flashing red and blue, then stark white, then soft white, and finally green before going back to red. Long press to turn off. Triple click the left button to turn on a forward facing UV-A light that's good for checking cash for genuineness and to light up a room without affecting your night vision by shocking your eyes with visible light (you'd be surprised how many things phosphoresce). Long press to turn off.Long press and hold the right button to turn on a very bright light. Double click the right button to set the flashlight to its dimnist setting, with every subsequent click making the flashlight brighter up to 3 more clicks.The only annoying thing about this awesome EDC flashlight is that if you press and hold the left button by mistake, it'll sound a very weak siren and will turn on the red and blue strobe. Super annoying if you hate negative attention.

Excellent EDC pocket light. It’s been reliable, very good battery life and does not get hot like some lights.It puts out plenty of light for multiple uses.

i'm not going to lie, i've been using this light for a year now and i've lost count on how many times i've used it. it's been one of the better buys i've made regarding pocket flashlights. i've used it for just about every project around the house. the housing is a thick plastic and therefore i'm not overly confident in using it too much in more impact-proned environments. that's not to say it wouldn't survive, i just rather not risk it. this light is just too damn handy for me to lose it.the brightness will more than likely impress you along with...well... just about everything else about it. the battery life it remarkable and with it's price, i doubt anyone would regret buying it.how it could be improved:1. add a robust belt clip. currently it does not come with one.2. get rid of the dumb "siren" feature. it's not necessary and is just annoying (i disabled mine by, literally, jamming a sewing needle into the speaker until is shut-up.)

A handy little EDC light that performs like a monster. The magnet on the base comes in handy so often. I dont know where to get more bang for your buck!

This light is super handy. My son uses one as an EDC so I figured I try one too. It's nice to use when climbing around in attics or working on the car. The magnet really makes it that much better.My grandson also loves to play with this. All the modes and sirens noises.Pretty cool for only $15

I'd been looking for a small, really bright EDC light for some time. I wanted as many lumens as I could get in as small a package as possible so it wouldn't be uncomfortable to carry in my pocket all day. I couldn't find anything I really liked enough to buy, until I saw this. It's small, it's flat (better for pockets), and it's got a lot of lumens, so for $23.99 it seemed worth a try. I love it. One of my best purchases of 2023. It's really bright, it has a metal case so it feels durable, and it's got a magnet so I can stick it to something while I work. After a few weeks I stopped noticing the extra weight in my pocket, and now I don't even feel it.I don't know how long it will last: I know it's made in China, so tbh I wouldn't have been surprised if it died after 2 weeks. I've had it for 6 months, though, and so far it's working fine. Even if it does die, for $23.99 it's easy to buy another one. I don't know how long the battery lasts, either: I try not to overuse it so I can save the battery power. If I need a light for more than a couple minutes, I try to get a real flashlight or work light. But for all the times during the day when I need a bright light for a minute, it's great.
