I was very sceptical about these but wanted poles we could fit inside a daypack for travelling. In fact they have proved really useful. We used them pretty much everyday on a month long trip around Scandinavia. Used them hiking in hills and on roads and they were invaluable. Very lightweight and strong. they fold rather than collapse so need to be in a bag for carrying - they come in a pouch, but if you're sharing them you'll need to find/make an additional pouch which we did from an old cut down pillowcase. The only issue might be their length - I'm 5ft6" and I use them at their shortest length - so if you are short they maybe too long for you - check the dimensions on the info. My husband is 6ft and found them just right. The length adjustment is quite limited as only the top section slides. For us they have proved really good though. And they are extremely reasonably priced compared to others.

Really enjoyed the poles. I'm used to telescopic so I was a bit warry of the folding type. It was very easy to use and quite sturdy. They're light and pleasant to hold. An added bonus - quite nice looking, with the green, gold and light cork.

Excellent for walking and hiking, folds up small enough for back pack.

My wife uses these to balance whilst walking (they give you an upright stance as opposed to a stoop with a walking stick) due to her difficulty in walking. Bought these as a spare pair to take on holiday in case of disasters! The first pair are still in perfect condition after 2 years use. Whilst they are sturdy and solid when assembled it is the work of seconds to break them down to put in a case or bag when travelling. The construction means that they can just be slotted together as quickly without the need to re-set the appropriate height. Great product, great value.

Nice pole but very clearly says 2 and they only sent one.

This should have been a 2 pack as it was what I ordered but only one arrived

Easy to assemble and adjust, even the wrist strap! Feel up to the job.HOWEVER: I failed to note that they only come with the rubber tip! Not the mud and snow stops nor the radiused tip. A different version has these for £2 more.Fortunately we are unlikely to be slogging across marsh or snow so are happy with our purchase.

Very lightweight but also a sturdy build. Fold up beautifully into a rucksack and are comfortable to hold. I'm a bloke and there was nothing girly about these too! Ideal for trekking. Dont get over-excited about the attachments, all you need is the spike unless you are considering using them for snow.
