This heat press is excellent. The heat transfer works well. It’s easy to use. Good build quality. Would recommend to anyone needing to press products onto garments!

Press arrived and initially I thought it looked quite nice...Wishful thinking that was! Opened it up to find the press already looked used from the burn stains on the silicone sheet. The real issue though is the design, the screws(4) that hold the surface area on are sticking out into both pad which means you end up with and uneven surface which is probably one of the worst design flaws I have ever seen! Tried to tighten them up with the screwdriver provided... Instantly snapped and I'm not the strongest😂 tried to tighten them with actual screwdrivers that aren't from cheap Christmas crackers but the screws don't go any further. So basically this thing is useless for me and will leave horrible marks all over anything you put inside the press! Also noticed the arm is squint but very difficult to see in photos. Extremely disappointed and annoyed to say the least ☹️ and now I have to pay to return a product which is faulty, poorly made and unusable. Cheers for the hassle!

Machine works great. Good value for money. My only complaint is that the screws on the top of the platform are not countersunk. So they stick out creating these little bulges in the heat mat and making the surface un-level. Simply countersinking the screw holes so that the screws sit flush with the platform has corrected this issue. Not sure why this isn’t done in the factory? It’s a pretty standard process for anything made out of metal.

The media could not be loaded. I am so impressed with this heat press. Firstly it was a smooth transaction, delivery was very fast and tracked direct from the supplier (normally I go for items with Amazon delivery). On unboxing and building, there was minimal input needed. All I had to do was connect the cables which look very good quality compared to other presses I have seen, and I had to add the suckers to the bottom of the press, these hold so strong on the table it was diffficult to move them when I placed it wrong on the table, so when this is suckered onto your table it’s not going to slide or move. The mug press was also easy to assemble didn’t really need the instructions for that. I also love the minty green accents on this, would be lovely in a pastel pink or blue also. To adjust the temperatures/times is very simple the instruction tell you exactly what to do, and how to change from centigrade to Fahrenheit is you wish as I know a lot of instructions for sublimation blanks are in F, so it is nice to have that option. I couldn’t find any youtube reviews of this anywhere, so I’m guessing it’s not long out, so I may do one myself as I’m very pleased with it.

I needed a heat press urgently, when I looked at the reviews for signzworld it put me off. I phoned them up and spoke to them directly. They were lovely and went out their way to make sure I got the heat press the next day. It arrived in perfect working order less than 24 hours after ordering it! Thank you

I ordered this last year to use within my small business from home, still relatively new to pressing I wasn’t pressing regularly in the beginning. As time went on I started to notice almost every single use I was experiencing black marks on clothing. This was extremely stressful trying to get these marks out, having to repurchase items just for this to keep happening. I spoke to a friend who also uses heat presses regularly, this wasn’t something usual that should happen I just thought I was doing something wrong. Looking around the press, The plate sits on metal bars that have been oiled to move the plate easily but this oil/grease was transferring onto my work even after wiping them clean, trying to cover them up using clingfilm it was still happening. I reached out to the seller who told me to clean the bars which I had, I then reached out again to ask for a refund due to the item being defective he refused and told me it was only within 30 days which the item was defective and as most electrical items have up to 12 months warranty and their website states up to 12 months warranty. The heat press plate had also bubbled and parts of the plate started to come away, I’d only had this for 8 months from purchase and not excessive use. The pressure was also difficult to gauge with the twist function at the back, I’d have to use it quite tight to press properly and it never was an even coverage. It’s also a heavy bulky item which doesn’t make it easy to use as you need a lot of space with this being a swing press so I was unable to keep it within one place due to needing so much room. I’ll be purchasing an auto press due to needing a better reliable heat press and a company that values their customers! After contacting Amazon they initiated the return and signzworld never bothered to sign off that they received the press back so had to contact Amazon formy refund and postage return several times!Overall a negative experience and wouldn’t recommend!
