Looks dull.
This is my second bag of this type and I loved my old one so much that I wore it out. Unfortunately this new one is not quite the same as it has a very dull and dirty look. Though the bag was exactly as shown in the pictures, I thought it would be just like my last one so I am a bit disappointed.
