How do you pour it from such a big and heavy container? Any spout adapter?

There is no spout to assist with pouring, my wife just uses a funnel to pour it into a standard sized bottle which she tops up periodically.

How do you reseal the container?

There is a small screw top to reseal the container.

Do you water this down or use as it is?

You can use it as is. I’ve done this frequently. But you can also water it down as suits your taste.

How much expiration date is left on these?

This will obviously vary according to date at purchase. On mine, Nov 2018, so about one year and a three months.
