A must have for new weight lifters
I am a nurse and one of the doctors I work for is very big into lifting. I have since joined the gym and have had issues with DOMS. Delayed onset muscle soreness. I mentioned this to the Doctor and he recomended taking 2 of these daily. Now normally I dont believe much of anything I am told about supplements but in this case it actually works. I recover much faster with less soreness. This along with extra hydration has made all the difference.

I bought these because I’ve been on Semaglutide and don’t feel I’ve been getting enough protein. They have appreciable aroma or flavor. Effective for sleep AND energy. Not too big, for me anyhow. Recommended.
