We first came across this grill having Korean BBQ at a friends house. We were so impressed by its smokeless-ness. The water tray design is ingenious! We immediately ordered one when we got home, and Amazon delivered it quickly. We were excited to try it out, but our grill kept turning off intermittently by itself. Contacted the seller, who was so responsive and went above and beyond. Provided replacement immediately, tested the returned unit, and determined it was user error; we did not assemble the grill correctly. My bad! Needless to say, our grill is working perfectly now. We used it for Korean BBQ many times since, and the food turned out beautifully. It’s like magic, no smoke at all! We cranked up the grill to its highest temperature setting, and it holds the temperature steady through the entire meal. Did I mention the grill is non-stick? Cleanup is a breeze, a little soap and water and everything comes right off. We love this grill!

Overall, I have a lot of issues with this grill. It heats unevenly, takes forever to heat up, I’ve had it for almost a year and every time we start it up it smells, still has that out of the box chemically smell that nonstick surfaces have, the instructions say that goes away after the first few uses but it hasn’t. I’ve never had any other grills like this so I’m not sure if this is common but there are a lot of pieces to clean after use as well.

We love this. We RV a lot and couldn't cook inside the RV without setting the smoke detectors off. Now we can. However, the only problem is moving the until around. Water won't stay put in the reservoir and makes a mess.

This smokeless grill is so easy to use. You can barely smell any smoke. Heats up pretty quick and has plenty of heat. Has ample cooking surface area so it was good for my family of four. Easy to clean and assemble. I love that it came with a ceramic griddle plate. Will definitely bring along on my next camping trip! Love it so much that I bought two as gifts. Great product. Much better than the traditional grill. Highly recommend this smokeless grill!

The smokeless grill was well worth the money spent. Works as advertised and even more. No smoke and grilled perfectly. We used griddle so that we can have minimal clean up. And it was very effortless. Highly recommended.

The good news, it's smokeless. The bad news, if you have a lot to cook and need it to run for several hours, it's not going to do it. As long as you can get all of your cooking done in an hour, it's great. Want to cook ten pounds of marinaded meat for fajitas, buy something else, this isn't your tool.

My friend has this at her place and we make KBBQ at the dinner table. Her house never smells. So I got three, one for each of us sisters. We eat KBBQ at home all the time. I like that it has the griddle and the grill. We do have smells in the house but it is smokeless. It’s small and easy to transport so we bring this to our desert house too. I would get one for the desert house but I am afraid our guests will steal it. This would be great for camping too if you use a little battery pack or generator.

It’s very pretty. That’s the only good thing I can say about it. On the 2nd time using it the lid fell and shattered into a billion pieces. I asked about getting a replacement lid and was told it would be $75! I used it twice without the lid, then on the 5th use it heated up nicely, turned itself off and refused to turn back on. Completely dead. Don’t waste your money and don’t expect anything from customer service.
