These capsules hit hard!! Took just one capsule while I was on my lunch break at work and in 20 mins I started to feel it kick in. Crazy mood boost. Crazy energy and very real sense of overall well being. JUST ONE PILL! I normally take pre workouts like crack reloaded,5150, el jefe neuro, and ommi so I'm no beginner when it comes to alpha yo. OK, this stuff in my opinion is insane. Lol I took one pill and was in a cold sweat. All day felt like I was about to explode out of my skin. I've never taken an energy supplement that was this strong. I'm not sure if I should give it five stars or one I didn't feel any mood enhancing but if you don't mind, hot and cold, sweats all day with jitters and heart racing, then try it? 17 18 19.

This was not a good experience anhydrous caffeine is not good I do not recommend I had a night of no sleep anxiety and extremely dissociated like I was on meth or something

These really do work for me. I was so tired earlier. Took one and still tried to lay down to take a nap but never could get to sleep. Finally gave up on my nap. 4 hours later I still feel energy. Two would probably be too much for me but idk because this is day one and I’m not taking two until taking one stops working. The reviewer’s on here saying they feel nothing from these must have an extremely high tolerance to some sort of speed. Because these absolutely work for me without making me jittery like most all caffeine pills I try like stackers. Great product for energy and just what I needed. I took one after I ate just in case it messed with my stomach. So far, with food, it hasn’t bothered my stomach.

This supplement had a negative effect on me, after 90 minutes I got the shakes big time, plus my heart started pounding like crazy. I took it mid-afternoon (away from my morning coffee at 6am) and I wasn't able to sleep that night. Way too strong for me (225 lbs, 6'.) I have taken other caffeine products in the past without issues.
