Q: Do the legs bind? That's the worst problem I have with control panties.

The legs do not bind, but the waist can sometimes roll up, depending on what your wearing. Saying that, they are still very comfortable, not to tight or loose, they do the job.

Q: Is it too high at the back? When wearing jeans, will they show at the back?

Yes if the jeans are below the waist. However I wear a cami tuck in and my top out. They are good slimming panties.
