Warm when used correctly!
I went on a camping trip last weekend to Western MD, right on the border of WV, and got to use this bag for the first time. It was pretty windy and cold the first night with a low of 34. When I mentioned to my friends around the campfire that it was rated zero degrees, they advised me to strip down before getting into it because it would maximize the heat retention in the bag. Maybe I didn't exactly get what they meant, because I took everything but my underwear off before I went to bed. Needless to say, I almost froze to death that night. The second night, which was actually colder at 28 degrees, I went to bed in a sweatshirt and sweatpants and was completely toasty and happy all night. I haven't gotten into camping until recently, so maybe chalk it up to my own ignorance and trickster friends (although my mom, who was in the Air Force, said that she was also told to strip down in her bag during field training and that it did not work for her either). Either way, when I actually left some light clothes on, it was very comfortable. I am a 5'10", 145 lb female and this bag was roomy and zipped easily. I had no trouble shoving it back into the stuff sack at the end of the weekend. It is also pretty light, as well. For the price, you cannot beat it. I am actually surprised it was this cheap for the great quality.I probably won't be using this in zero degree weather, so I'm not sure I'll be able to comment on that, but for fall temperatures, I'd say this bag is a safe bet.

This is not made for big guys
I read the reviews before buying. Several had mentioned it was big enough for tall people. No one mentioned Big and tall. I'm 6' 3" and weigh around that 270 mark. I'm big chested 54" or so. This bag zipped up to my chest but would never get my shoulders in. With that being said the first night out it dipped to 28 degrees. even unzipped and used as a big blanket this thing kept me warm using an air mattress under it. Wish it would have fit. I gave it to a friend that froze that first night who is much smaller. If the bag was bigger in the shoulder area i would have given 5 stars. It's not a tiny bag. It is kinda bulky. Also it is not down filled but some type of poly fill.

Wonderful Tall Person bag for the Price
What a killer bag for the price! I’m 6’2, 190lbs and I fit with room to spare in the bag (so great for Big and Tall folks, probably up to 6’4 or 6’5). Slept out in my hammock down to 38°F and was toasty warm. Definitely would rate it down into the high twenty’s for comfort as long as your well- dressed and protected. Only downside is that rolled up it’s a big bag, so maybe not for those who hike.UPDATE 7/6/2021: Has held up to some pretty consistent use year-round. Slept out in the hammock with this on an 8F night and was warm - however, I was very well dressed and had an insulated sleeping pad as well. But it did its job and kept me comfy. Got a water-resistant compression bag from LL BEAN and that allowed me to compress the bag enough for hikes. Still give it 5/5, I love this thing.

Warmth and spacious
I used this sleeping bag ( Wenzel Windy Pass 0 degree) in close to 0 degree weather and i gotta say it was warmer then i thought it was gunna be. The only thing that could have been better is if there was a little more insulation in the foot area, with saying that, dont be turned away from this sleeping bag because it wasnt that bad, just wear a pair of socks or two and youll be good. The size of the sleeping was great. Im 6'2 about 200 lbs and theres enough room in there for me to easily turn around and move about and theres about 1 foot of space above my dome when i have it pulled over my head. Plus the price of it is such a deal, id be willing to pay 50 bucks for it, you cant pass it up. Oh and 1 more thing about it is that its not some horrible eye sore color. So if your wanting a decent sleeping bag thats gunna keep you warm without paying an arm and leg and possibly sore eyes this is the one. Yes i would recommend to get this bag. Thanks and i hope this helps with your choise.

Not a 0° at all, it might be ok at 30 ° Temps.
Bag is comfortable, but is not a 0° bag. Might hold up against 30° or so but with a sleeping bag liner it didn't hold up to 18°. Not a bad bag all in all, I was just looking for something that will hold up against a bit colder temperature.

Kept my son warm on a 5 degree night
This bag delivered on its promise. While at the annual Trappers Rondesvous in Wichita, KS in January, night time air temps were around my son stayed warm and comfortable. What more can I say.I’m 5’9 245lbs and I fit comfortably in the bag when I tried it out.I think someone around 6’ would fit just fine. One of the ratings I found most concerning questioned this bags water proofing. Our tent got some rain splash inside and on the bag and my son never felt it on the inside.

Good base camp bag for a females or teens
Bought two of these sleeping bags for camping in the mountains in Montana. It is light weight. It rolls up nicely back into the bag. I don't think this is the sleeping back to bring for a back country hike. It is lightweight but does not condense into a small form for long hikes. Good for a base camp bag. I was comfortable in the bag at night. I am a petite female 5'2". The temps got into the 30'ds and I was fine. I was able to move without the bag twisting and turning. My husband had a different experience. He is 5'11", 165 lbs. The bag kept him warm but he was not able to move comfortably without the bag twisting and binding. He had to adjust the bag at night to remain comfortable. The only down side to this bag is the zipper does catch easily so, zip slowly. To be fair, I have not come across a decent zipper in the last 15 years so I would rate the zipper as to be expected.I would recommend this bag for women of average height and weight and teenage females and younger males. Tall males and females I would suggest you look for a different sleeping bag.

... good fit ... I'm 5'8" ...
... used for camping ... I do question the performance at 0 degrees ... I would use in temps of 30-40 degrees ... nothing less ...

great bag
great sleeping bag, very warm. not the smallest packed up, so not really suitable for backpacking, but for my fishing/camping trips it was brilliant.

No water resistance!!
This sleeping bag is warm... But it should be a no brainer that most sleeping bags are water resistant with a polyester shell... So when I went camping and there had been some water in the tent that pooled from the ongoing rain... Me and my sleeping bag were soaked throughout the night. Do not buy unless you're absolutely sure you'll have a super try camping trip or outdoor activity.

Warm and comfortable
The advertisement says the fill is down. It's not, it's polyester. But it's still relatively warm and comfy so will keep the bag. It didn't really feel warm enough to be used (at least comfortably) at 0 Fahrenheit, but this is the lowest (extreme) rating so might be ok with thick clothes etc

Light and BULKY
Oh this bag will work through anything. It doesn't retain stinky-feet smell too badly, and provides a lot of comfort. It's so incredibly light. That means everything on a multi-day hike. Don't expect to stick it in your pack though. It just won't fit, It's HUGE!Was it worth the money? YES!It's as warm as it claims, almost as comfortable as down, very reasonably priced, but again, it's HUGE. It just won't pack down no matter how much patience you have. Imagine 15 Quali-fill pillows stitched together.

Warm sleeping bag, great price
My son used this during his first Scouts camp. It was indoor, so we couldn't test the temperature rating, but he said it was comfortable and loved the design. Overall great product (compact packaging) for a good price.
