Polare Functional RFID Blocking Leather Passport Holder Travel Bifold Wallet For Men

Bought for an upcoming European trip. Fits two US passports snuggly.

My pros:1. Quality of leather2. Ages nicely, looks even better after use3. Perfect balance of size/function4. No more having to carry two wallets and worry about one going missing5. Dual money slots for mixed currency6. Priced below true value and craftsmanship.Cons:Literally none, I couldn't think of anything I'd rather change with this wallet.I’ve owned other wallets from Coach, Mont Blanc, and others, but the Polare leather and stitching has been the most durable and aged the best. I’ll always go with Polare going forward and I’ve even gifted their billfold as a present because I’ve had such a good experience with the product.This isn't my first Polare product, the first was the men's large tri-fold wallet with the secret money holder section which took my kids a couple of years to find! I bought that wallet in 2016 and I still get compliments on it, which is why I thought this wallet would be no different and I was excited to see the same exact quality leather when I opened the box.I was nervous about the size because I don’t like bulky wallet/passports, but this one is perfect for me, easily fits in my pockets.I’ve been on two trips since this purchase and this passport wallet has made traveling easier. Just not having to carry two wallets, worry about two wallets, and know exactly where my passport is at all times is something I didn't think would be such a big deal, but it has been, and I've traveled extensively over the past ten years and now I’ll never go back to dual wallets.Another feature I really like is the two separate currency sections, which if you travel abroad you'll quickly make use of. The RFID I suppose is helpful, I'm not too familiar with the technology but I suppose it works.The credit card slots aren't numerous but enough for my purposes, plus, if there were more slots the wallet would have to be larger/thicker, which then makes it unusable for me.I always get the tan leather which is of a high quality and looks great, but be warned, this shade purposefully ages/scratches, especially the first few months, but once it’s had some use it looks really handsome, and judging from my other Polare wallet that I purchased three years ago, this one will age quite nicely with no threads ripping, no rounding of edges like other wallets have.Zero complaints, and only have compliments about Polare wallets, highly recommend.

I had ordered a different passport wallet from Polare. Although well made, it lacked many features I consider essential in a wallet. At the suggestion from Polare, I read the specifications for this wallet and decided to buy it. It works very well. I have only used a few times so far, but is definitely an upgrade for me from the other wallet I ordered.Pros:It holds cash in the upper compartment like a standard wallet. No prefolding cash to fit a slot.It is real leather.I fits very well in the front pocket of the pants I normally wear when I travel.Even with the card slots full, the passport slot in use, and money in the cash slot, it fits in pockets well.Cons:More card slots would be nice, but I carry very few cards so this is not an issue for me, maybe for others.Overall:I can recommend this passport wallet for travelers. I know I will be using it regularly.

Was very surprised on the quality of the holder. Most impressive, for me, was the ability to put the full passport inside one of the inside pockets. In fact, I could put two. There are pockets for everything, cards, receipts, cash without making the overall thickness too large. All depends on how much you put in but if you keep it to three cards, two passports, cash, business cards (a few) then it is thinner than most men's wallets. Great find as most others don't allow you to put the full passport inside.

Updated 5/20/22 - Polare does whatever it takes to get it right. A year and a half later I get an email saying they are sorry and an offer for a replacement. I couldn’t be more pleased and willing to try Polare products. Any of them.Update 7/20/2020 - Newly sent wallet did not last a year. Lining has torn at nearly every seam. This is a serious manufacturing defect. too bad. It’s a good looking wallet. Lots of compliments. Unfortunately it’s just poorly made. If you’re looking for a wallet that will last at least a couple years, avoid this one. Maybe they’ve made improvements in the last year. Who knows?Update April 12, 2019 - Polare generously sent me a new wallet. I received it a couple weeks ago. It’s as beautiful as the first one. And I’ve tugged a little on the seams. ALL GOOD. I am marking the original purchase as a simple flaw. It happens. More importantly a simple flaw that was immediately addressed and resolved by Polare. I’ll continue to be enthusiastic about this company.Update March 27, 2019 - Polare Customer Service, Jennifer, and I have been communicating for the past two or three days via email. I have been pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and absolute desire to get things right. Polare issued me a code to order a new wallet. I am awaiting the new wallet. Will update. But let’s take the stars from 2 to 3. Nah 4. Customer service has been awesome. Let’s see what happens with the product.Early March 2019 - Super disappointed. I have several leather items made by Polare from backpacks to wallets. And they’re awesome. I bought this wallet back in January ‘19 and already the lining behind the credit card slots has ripped. Which of course renders the credit card slots and subsequently the wallet terribly useless . I hope I hope I hope Polare or Amazon contacts me to help me resolve this issue.

Good, easy to carry, with lots of room. Real leather, smells goot, and keeps bill crisp.But know that you may need something that can carry coins for countries that don't have a $1 or $5 paper bill.

Just got back from vacation, and the wallet was great. I didn't have to remember where I had anything. Loved it.

Feels premium, holds my two passports well.Feels very nice.
