absolute disgrace , got it yesterday and it is not working , charged it all night but still not even switching on , had one in the past that worked dine for about a year but theres obviously a problem with this one .

I really did not expect this to be as powerful as it is. It really feels like it works, but hard to decipher as I did not have a double chin in the first place, bought it to stay that way and toned. It is really good value for money.

Such a waste of my money and time. Item does not work, scammed, does not turn on, noisy while charging . Extremely upset

I bought this more than a month ago as a gift. Now that they have received their gift and are going to use it, we have realised it just beeps when it is connected and does not keep charge or do anything. I can’t now return it as it has been more than a month. I recommend others to open it and try it asap as this seems to be a faulty one.

It is not charging anymore, after a max 3 charges and 20 max uses!!!! And why is that I can not send it back anymore to be changed for one that actually works and charges well??!!!!

Could not even turn it on, what a load of rubbish can even send it back as all the boxes went in bin ......Oh well never again

Only covers the front part of the chin. Does not extend to the back part so not as efficient as had hoped

Has several modes. I've been using it for a month, only on the first mode - for massage. Convenient to use: I put it on and cook dinner or read. I love the feeling of the chin area being lifted.
