The media could not be loaded. I was a bit skeptical at first, specially with all the reviews that state the plastic doesn't retain any smell. The product also doesn't come with a handy piece of cardboard you need to thread the plastic onto the cartridge, although I was able to make something suitable out of the Amazon packaging.I'm very pleased with the liner. Easy to thread onto the cartridges (see attached video or similar on youtube), lasts ages, and so far I've not noticed any smell. Admittedly, by baby is breastfed, so the smell isn't too bad yet.I much prefer this product over buying the cartridges for both price and sustainability reasons. The price is a no-brainer, but also not throwing away all that hard plastic each time is a benefit to me.

I bought this as a more affordable solution to buying branded replacement cartridges for my nappy bin.Refilling the cartridge is a little tricky at first, but using a bit of cardboard, its quite straightforward and the cost saving makes it a really viable option. 5 minutes of work results in saving lots of cash on what is literally going into the bin!High quality and affordable. I’ve already ordered more.

Whether or not you like this product will be determined largely by where you currently are on the balance of time/energy and cost, with environmental impact factored in there too.This product is obviously more of a faff than pre-filled cassettes, and in the early days the thought of manually refilling them might be absurd.However, you might find you get to a point where the cost and environmental impact of pre-filled cassettes becomes the thing that’s absurd, and 5 mins to fill them yourself seems manageable all of a sudden.If that day has come for you then this product is a good shout.It’s a bit of a faff, but once you get the technique down and have worked out how much to cut off the roll each time it’s pretty straightforward. They also take up less storage space which is nice.You will have to make your own cardboard tube thing though - it doesn’t come with one.

Bought this when baby daughter was born. 15 months later and we're not even half way through the 100 m roll. Brilliant product! It is obviously a bit more effort to refill than the original cartridges but well worth it. Handy YouTube video on how to refill the Sangenic bin.

Does the job but I am concerned about it’s strength. The plastic is significantly thinner than my previous roll. The loading tube (mentioned in the instructions with the roll) is also not included, making it quite difficult to load the cartridges. Overall, I would have preferred another option. If the bag cracks in the next few days, I will be asking for a refund.

This product is a fantastic idea. Really easy to fill an old cassette once you find a tube to fit it. However once there is a dirty nappy in your bin it absolutely stinks. Seems pointless as you need to take dirty nappies out to the bin. Other pre-filled cassettes do not give off any odour. For that reason I have gone back to the old product.

I wanted to love this product. However, it’s a complete disaster. Firstly, setting it up for use in the bin isn’t easy. The YouTube video provided helps but it takes a bit of practise. The plastic is extremely thin and tears at the slightest touch. So if you’ve managed to work out how to use it, you end up having to repeat the process over and over again as you waste so much plastic when it tears on handling as you try to feed it into the bin. When emptying the bin, as soon as you pull the bag out it tears, sending stinky nappies rolling all over the place. When in use inside the bin, unfortunately the plastic is so thin that the nappy stench escapes into the room. All in all, this is a completely USELESS, FRUSTRATING and POOR QUALITY product. Don’t waste your money.

Refilling saves a lot of money. Doh!
