These are the best earbuds at a great price. 100% just like AirPods, maybe even better. The set up is quick and easy, connect immediately, battery has been staying charged, sound is amazing and best of all they stay in your ears!!

I absolutely loved these earbuds. They have provided exactly what I needed for work. The USB connectivity was needed and I am so impressed with the range and the clarity of the earbuds. They are very comfortable and I have smaller ears. Excellent company as well. Their customer service is top notch. I will be purchasing their new sw5 soon. Best on the market in my opinion.

The earphones fit well, and the charging dock works for its purpose, but while in use at the last 30 minutes of use it keeps saying low battery but blocking out audio output for 15 seconds around the comment. They have great audio if it doesn't desync or double output with a few milliseconds lag between, changing the volumn seems to fix this but every 20 minutes doing this sucks. For the phone it works great but the mics have a so so quality and some times seem very low. Would recommend for basic use maybe, but games such as Tarkov or CoD its a hard no.

Update: these randomly shut off (“powering off”). I cannot depend on them during Zoom meetings. Too bad. Struggled to find wireless ear buds to use with work laptop since Bluetooth is not permitted. Found these and it came with the USB converter dongle to plug in dock and the USB charger for the ear bud case. It took me a few tries to figure out why they kept powering off while in use…the touch control on the buds is VERY sensitive. It came with three sizes of bud covers and I had to use the smallest and wish it was a bit smaller but works okay. They do tend to get loose in the ears when eating or chewing. I can live with that. Asked for feedback on some Zoom calls and was told the quality was great. Listening is also very clear. I recommend as a good value.

Purchased these for work. The microphone was too quiet and the charge didn’t last beyond 3 hours. I ended up having to shout to be heard. The return process was exasperating. I had to print my own return labels etc. The package tracking shows received as of Feb 5th but the time line shows I won’t receive my full refund until Feb 28th?!?!?!

I highly recommend these earbuds! The sound quality is excellent, with very clear audio that makes music and calls enjoyable. They also have a long battery life, perfect for all day use. I especially appreciate the dongle, which makes it effortless to connect the earbuds to any device smoothly. These earbuds are both reliable and convenient!

These were ordered as a replacement for another item that got lost. I will say that I am more impressed and confident that I got the right item. Connecting was a breeze with the instructions and overall sound quality is very good. There are some volume issues but are minimal. Great value for your money. Would recommend.

I use these earphones with my desktop PC. The sound is very clear. The batteries last 5-7 hours. Very easy to use. These earphones have exceeded my expectations. I am thinking of buying another pair.

Needed 2.4ghz wireless because Playstation ps4 doesn't play nice with Bluetooth. Read the instructions, powered up ps4 plugged in dongle, opened up charging case, already paired, my 70yo gaming lady loves them, she loves the sound quality for her style of games, tomb raider, uncharted, far cry, mass effect, etc

These are awful, they look nice but they cut out constantly (2.4ghz mode) and the audio quality is terrible, sounds like a tin can.
