great and easy to use
I’ve been using a label printer, and it’s one of those tools that ends up being way more useful than you expect once you have it. The biggest benefit is organization. Being able to quickly print clean, professional-looking labels makes it easier to sort everything—from storage bins and pantry items to shipping packages or office supplies. It instantly makes things look more put together and easier to find. Another thing I like is how convenient it is. Most label printers connect through Bluetooth or USB and work with an app, so you can design and print labels right from your phone or computer. It’s fast, and once you get used to it, it takes only a few seconds to create exactly what you need. It also helps with consistency. Instead of handwritten labels that can fade or look messy, printed labels are clear, uniform, and more durable depending on the tape or paper you use. That makes a big difference for long-term organization. The downside is that label tape or cartridges can get expensive over time, especially if you print a lot. Some apps can also feel limited or take a bit of learning to figure out at first. Overall, a label printer is a small investment that makes organizing and labeling things much easier and more efficient. It’s one of those practical tools that quickly becomes part of your everyday routine.

Great investment for secondhand sellers and small businesses!
Wonderful little printer, has long since paid itself off. I got it when it was on sale, but it's well worth the money! It's very straightforward to set up and use! I had no issues using it on win10. It's compact and easy to find a place for as well- especially if you go the extra mile and get a little stand. I'm so happy I switched to this after years of printing and taping labels myself!

Great Product and Great Technical Support
This product and company are amazing. They have the best technical support I have experienced. I rarely leave reviews but really wanted to do one for they are truly the best. Their printer is so easy to use and so reasonably priced. I even bought a second one for my warehouse!! I recently had a small issue and called and spoke with Lethe. He send a video and stayed on the phone while I watched it, and everything was back in order in a few minutes. Do not hesitate to buy this printer!!!

Not for Chromebook
So the printer itself is wonderful it's compact Prince quickly, and works great from your smartphone however, it was meant to work with Chromebook and even after adding the extensions onto Chromebook I could not get this printer and the Chromebook to communicate, so if you're trying to get a printer for Chromebook compatibility this might not be a good choice for you.

Mixed Results & Quality But It Does The Job
I’m sure you’re looking at this thermal printer since you can’t afford a Rollo or won’t be using the printer that much to justify spending that amount of money. This was my intention and exact reason since I only ship a few packages a month. If you’re in a similar situation then this would probably be more than adequate for you. The first issue encounter is that I couldn’t get it to connect via Bluetooth on my computer or iPhone and print directly from my shipping software (pirate ship). Instead I have to download the label and open it in their included software. While it’s a couple of extra steps, it’s a slight work around that takes an extra 30 seconds. I tried to download the latest driver software so I went to the company’s website. I didn’t see anything so I emailed the support. My message bounced so it appears this company is no longer in business. I did later find a thumb drive inside the box with the driver but even after installing the latest driver, the printer still doesn’t seem to connect to anything besides their own priority software program. In short, don’t expect any support from this company since it’s non-existent. The biggest issue I have with this printer is the print quality is quite poor. Text doesn’t fully print so it’s very light and hard to read. I looked at the print settings and noticed there was a “black and white” option instead of the “original” print setting. When I tried this option, the labels were nice and dark but the lines on the barcode were too dark to the point where the post office couldn’t even scan it. I’ve tried different options but it’s either light print or super dark print quality and nothing in between. The light option works fine for domestic 4x6 labels but forget it if you try to use the same size label for international shipments with the customs declaration. The text is super small and blurry on international labels.
