Has anyone tried these on the mobile fidelity one step box sets?

I don’t think the sleeves are big enough. They claim to hold up to 1.25” thick box sets, but I can’t get anything thicker than about half an inch to fit in them. Would not recommend.

Is this item suitable for picture discs? I think that it would be better to have a thicker one, but can not find.

These are primarily designed to protect records in their jackets. I don't think they are suitable for storing or displaying a picture disc by itself. They are too big to be used as a replacement inner sleeve as well. They are designed to protect the record jacket from normal wear and tear.

Do these have a seal where i can close and open the seal to take out the vinyl?

They do not. These are outersleeves to protect the album’s cover. The DOUBLE OVERSIZED version is to protect double LP sets.
