I have really weak enamel, so every natural toothpaste I tried just made the sensitivity come back. When hydroxyapatite came out, I thought it would be perfect, but the tech clearly isn't quite there yet, at least not for my hyper-sensitive teeth. So I needed a stannous fluoride toothpaste without SLS or artificial sweeteners, and this toothpaste contains xylitol, which I was also looking for because it's good for the oral microbiome. The stannous fluoride, whatever you think of it, is the only thing that has prevented sensitivity for me. It's a normal-sized tube, obviously pricier than a general supermarket toothpaste, but not as expensive as many I've seen, and it leaves my teeth feeling beautifully clean.

For anyone that's allergic or can't stand flavour, unfortunately this isn't 100% free, just hiding under "aroma". On a positive note it's extremely mild and NOT minty, more like a subtle "menthol" style fresh feel. It does tingle on the tongue but not as much as regular toothpaste. No foam Unfortunately it's impossible to find high fluoride or stannous fluoride toothpaste without flavour.

I'm very sensitive to mint and also have sensitive teeth. I'm yet to find toothpaste that works for me. I'm sure it is effective, I just cannot tolerate how strong the mint is in this toothpaste.
