Appearance
The safety bars are pleasing to look at. Installation was easy and they are sturdy. I just had hip replacement surgery and I feel safe using them to get into and out of the shower.

Bars are fine but....
The supplied wall anchors are garbage. They could easily have found a better anchor for such a critical part of the installation. Plan on getting and using something better.

My handyman installed these in about an hour.

Very sturdy
As we are getting older we wanted to make sure that our bathrooms are safe for us. We ordered these hand rail bars. We were able to install them ourselves . we did get both ends mounted into the studs but the anchor bolts are heavy . think as long as at least one of the ends is in the stud these would work. But I would suggest both be in the studs.

Not so easy to install
Instructions say to use a 8 mm drill bitt for the anchors. Who has an 8 mm drill bit in their DIY inventory?Wall anchors were poor - pulled right out. I need to go to the local Lowes to get butterfly anchors.

solidly made. Easy to install with the provided screws
These are not suction attachments, but you permanently install them with the provided screws. The brushed nickel matches the faucets and shower head we bought elsewhere
