it works, i had no idea just how many gnats were getting inside.i had some trouble getting the plugs to fit our outlets - had to squeeze the prongs otherwise the thing just falls out of the outlet, but we have old outlets so probably not an issue with the product. so far (over a week in) no issues with it stopping working but will update if it does.

I don't know why this doesn't work for the 1 stars'. I was skeptical about these things but my wife bought one. We were both shocked how well it works. Every now and then we'll even find a fly! Placing an order for refills today.

Not effective and way overpriced, flies run right on the sticky tape and then fly away without sticking

This is a summer game changer for us. Our doors are often left open (kids, pets) ...We plug this in and less bugs flying around. Awesome!

Any bug that comes near it seems to stick to it, but it doesn't attract bugs like its mainstream counterparts (Zevo). The light is more purple-y and not as bright, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Overall, I would recommend that you spend the money on the product that works more effectively instead of this one.
