Women's Mens Neoprene Shorty Wetsuit 2mm 3mm Back Zipper Cold Water Thermal Swimsuit for Swimming Surfing Diving Snorkeling

I bought this wetsuit for open water swimming in the UP of Michigan. Our spring-fed lakes can be chilly all summer, so this is an excellent option for long open-water swims. The quality of the suit is outstanding. The fit and comfort is excellent. It's easy to put on and take off. I also own an expensive TYR full wetsuit and the quality is better than the TYR!

Good product, price & shipping. Product seems to be well-made & fit better than more expensive wetsuits. I'm 6', 210' & stocky build. The XXL fits like a glove & goes on easy (the XL was too hard to get in & out of). Keeps my center mass warm with the reinforced chest & back. Only complaint is that the zipper pull needs to be longer. Great to have nice wide plastic zipper & plastic handle (some suits have a metal handle on their plastic zipper & seem to have problems). Also, I have been diving for over 50 years & it would be helpful if shorty's were also reinforced in the front groin area (not the butt) just like the chest & back since your groin area also loses a lot of heat. Perhaps the suit designers don't do this for ease of flexibility, but a human's (2) major arteries go through the groin area to the legs & with that area being warmer would help with blood flow into the legs. Also the rear zipper is made for surfing (less chance of it opening when a wave peels you off) whereas a front zipper is better for diving & ease of getting in & out.I would like to see Realon make the men's shorty in brighter colors ie. black with yellow, green or white (much easier to see your scuba buddy than all black or dark blue)

It was so warm, comfortable and easy to get on and off by myself. Keep me totally warm in 75ish degree water. I am 5'5" 180lbs. I ordered the 3mm shorty in size 3xl. Probably could have gotten away with the 2xl but didn't want to wrestle with it. I should mention that I ordered 5 different shorty wetsuits and this one fit the best and was the most comfortable by far. Just get this one. ( I also have the 4mm full body suit from same brand, also really nice)

Not true to size…great purchase but…

The large size short sleeve/legs version fit me reasonably well (5' 9", 170 lb, athletic build). The thighs and waist could have been a bit tighter, but the shoulders fit well. However, the height seemed about right so I'm glad I didn't get a medium. A tighter thigh closure would have kept the water out better--I could occasionally feel the cool water come in, especially when swimming in waves. The seams are smooth and the zipper worked well. There are no wear issues so far, but I've used it fewer than 15 times. Compared to the other full sleeve/leg wetsuits I tried on, this short sleeve one is much easier to don and doff.

This wet suit fits perfect and is very comfortable

I have a pretty athletic build and 2xxl fits me well. Very high quality which surprised me given the price to be honest. It's a little snug but expect it will loosen up a bit as I dive with it. Waters at Turks and Caicos wall was a little cool in Jan so wanted a suit that offered some warmth. Thickness is good. We'll see how it holds up but right out of the box def great buy! Will need a buddy to help zip you up but that's minor in grand scheme.

I love my wet suit! It has made the pool temp.Good! It has saved me lot’s of time. You see,I have dementia, and it has allowed me to swimIn my pool in April! ( while my husband rides his bike). I can reach the bottom-and otherwise it’sToo cold. I’m 73, it makes me feel independent, with all the social distancing!
