Consistently outperforms its specs
I have three of these units on my property. One is in the rafters of the barn, one is on the second floor of the main house and one is on the ceiling of the attached garage. I have great performance almost anywhere on my 10 acres, with some line-of-sight blank spots. We are VERY satisfied with the speed and performance we are getting now. Would definitely do it again.

A snap to install and the performance is great. Installed nearly 100 of these at work. Had to get one!

Great product when it works
I’ve installed and operate several UniFi APs, but the one I bought from this seller was dead out of the box.

Reliability issue
Have U6-LR for about 1.5 years (outside of 2 years warranty if purchased not directly from ubiquiti) - the AP started resetting itself more and more frequently (dozen times a day, likely under load) and while initially worked great, the short life-span is really worrisome and well below expectations as this seems to be frequent complaint/issue from other owners of U6-LR. The plus side is Ubiquiti is relatively fast in responding to warranty claims with replacement. Hopefully, the replacement will last.

2 stars is not normal for ui products
I have 2 of these u6lr waps and have had to RMA the units. Intermittent performance and connectivity issues. I tried everything prior to RMA. The first RMA didn't last very long and the second has been fine for over 6 months. I replaced one of my u6lr with an older ac pro and have no more intermittent performance and or connectivity issues. I've owned many ui products and this is the first time I've ever had an issue.
