It’s really smooth over bad pavements and gravel.
I’ve only had it under a week so I can’t say anything on its durability. However I am very pleased so far.I managed to put it together myself but it took me about an hour to do so. Mostly because I kept on studying the instructions but it did slot together very easily and it’s very sturdy , I am currently 16 stone and I feel confident it will take my weight easily . My other rollator that I used and still do for around the house was terrible outside. It rattled and I felt every bump and it vibrated up my arms. I really wanted to go outside but I was put off because it hurt my arms. This beauty is the rolls Royce of rollators and I should know because to date I have purchased 9.I have been able to walk to my local park everyday without any issues. The tyres take all the impact and it rolls smoothly even over uneven surfaces.I have taken my 2 Pomeranians out for a walk and they are very impressed. The seat is a the right height for me as I am 5ft 7inches . It’s comfortable and the back support is padded. I could sit on it for a long period if I had to. The bag is a generous size and I can put all my bits in it. The cup holder is a nice touch and I put my coffee flask in it .It’s given me the confidence to think about going further a field. It’s a big thumbs up from me 👍

Sturdy .
Sturdy quality , turns easily in small space .Felt secure on snowy ,slushy pavement . Have used it on hill track and beach too ,works well.So useful to have a seat to hand and for carrying items as well .Useful coffee cup and walking stick holder .Sturdy but not too heavy to lift into rear of car, folds inwards in a concertina action and handles easily lower . I’m happy with my purchase as it enables me to access some places more easily and comfortably than with walking sticks.

First impressions are very good
First impressions are very good - clearly a well designed and well made item and relatively straightforward to put together.I'm impressed that it is only about 22 lb but seems very sturdy and supportive, with large tyres giving it a good ability to take bumps in its stride. It folds easily to just under half-width, making storage simpler. If, as I was, you are looking for a sturdy outdoors rollator (as opposed to a lightweight indoors/pavement one) then my impression is that this one fits the bill. So far, I'm very pleased.

A few mild issues but overall a very nice mobility aid
This mobility aid was really what I needed and I was glad it came quick. I didn't expect it to require as much assembly but the instructions were ok to follow and everything was marked correctly with labelled stickers. The front and back wheels as well as the handles had to be assembled which took a bit of lifting and moving around but it was manageable. For the construction it is definitely very light, perhaps as light or lighter than a manual sports wheelchair. Some issues I found, is that I have adjusted the handles to their maximum height and I'm 5'9". This is without wearing shoes. It will be ok with flat shoes, but I like to wear platforms and the handles are far too low for me to be any taller than I am. There is lots of space in the metal bar where the adjuster holes are though, I am honestly considering drilling extra holes myselfAnother thing I noticed is that the height adjustment pins for the handles wiggle quite a bit, so any lifting up of the rollator makes some loud clicking noises. I wish there was something to tighten the adjustment like how you would on a metal walking stick. Maybe if I lightly wrap it in electrical tape it will be more silent. The last issue I had was the tyres did not arrive evenly pumped, which was ok for a few days only using at home but definitely too flat to use outside. If I had known I would have bought a hand pump in advance, but I got one quickly and after pumping the tyres full it made a big difference. The breaks work well and are adjustable. I appreciate the reflective stickers that come attached. The back support gets a bit squished in box but moving it around and leaning on it helps reshape it. The bag is easily detachable and comes with a shoulder strap. It also has net pockets on either side. Like others have said the seat is a bit tall, I like this as I'm tall but I would like a foot rest. I might make an attachable sling style one for myself.(Only for when sitting)Love the cupholder. The cane holder is ok, the tall part is held by velcro sewn to the back rest so it's a little wobbly. I like to shorten my cane to the smallest setting so it's not at my eye height when on the rollator. The seat is more comfortable than I expected, and has a waterproof/velvety rubbery feel to it. Seems easy to clean. The folding mechanism is simple too, but takes some force to fully fold. I usually pull up the handle a bit, then go to the side and push it in against my body to fully fold it. I have ME/CFS (moderate) just as a reference of strength.

Stable, sturdy and well built. Excellent value for money.
The assembly instructions and video were clear and easy to follow. The product is sturdy and so well designed. Weight may be an issue for some, however the benefit is that it feels really safe and supportive when in use. Brakes are reliable and pneumatic tyres ensure a smooth action. The seat is comfortable for short breaks and feels safe. We had the green option which is a great colour.

It's a big walker but will fit in a small boot of a car.
The Helavo foldable all terrain walker is certainly big and stable to use. Someone said they couldn't put it in the boot of their car. But l have a Corsa and by putting the handles down on the walker and putting it in folded with big wheels on the boot floor. It fits perfectly ok. The seat would be a bit high for people under 5ft 5 l think. The pneumatic tires are better for going over rougher ground that's for sure. It has made my life a bit easier to be able to walk and can put bags on it to go to my craft groups and to do my shopping.
