Not a bad taste
The stress relief supplement pack comes individually wrapped and are great for traveling. They disolve fast on water and had a good taste. I didnt felt sleepy right away but a little tired later. I will update with more use. Price is fair

This Does Not Taste bad. Kind of nice. YOU DON'T HAVE TO MIX IT UP WITH A BUNCH OF WATER.YOU CAN JUST PUT A LITTLE BIT OF WATER IN A GLASS, MIX IT UP AND JUST DO A SHOT'S WORTH if you want to.IT DID MAKE ME FEEL A BIT MORE Relaxed and with LESS "TENSION"? IN MY BODY.IT was NOT ENOUGH on its own to help/make/let me sleep.OR MAYBE I TOOK IT TO EARLY BEFORE GETTING TO BED?? I'll try again and make sure I take it around an hour before bed and see if there is any difference to report on.SOMBODY DID ANNOYINGLY put a “inventory stick” on the box over the ‘ingredients/nutrition/instructions area” And when trying to peel it off to see the info “you need” of course it will pill off some of the printing under it. Those sticker should not be put on the boxes over “the important information.”THIS DOES NOT mess up or aggravate my stomach.IF ANYTHING CHANGES I WILL UPDATE.I usually take Melatonin. Now I am up to a pill that is layered with quick release melatonin, a layer of "relaxing herbs" and a layer of time released melatonin.THAT MIXED MELATONIN PILL HAS "TOO MUCH" MELATONIN in it. Or more than I want to be taking every night. A total of 10 MG.I had to get up and take a Melatonin after awhile when just trying to take this alone.IF YOU COMBINE THIS WITH MELATONIN IT WORKS BETTER THAN EITHER ONE ON ITS OWN.IF YOU DON'T really have that much of a problem with falling asleep. The extra relaxation," Calmness" "less tension in the body" from THIS MIGHT JUST BE ENOUGH FOR YOU.Or try combining it with a little bit of melatonin?THIS DID NOT “HELP TO MAKE ME FALL ASLEEP’ BUT IT DID HELP TO MAKE MY BODY FEEL MORE CALM, RELAXED AND WITH “LESS TENSION” IN BODY.I DON’T KNOW IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TAKE THIS FOR “SEVERAL” DAYS AND THEN IT HELPS “TO GET YOUR BODY BACK IN BALANCE” AND NOT TAKE IT FOR “A WHILE”.OR IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TAKE IT EVERY NIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.THAT WOULD GET A BIT TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME, FOR ITS PURPOSE/FUNCTION.Hard for me to rationalize spending with tax over $16 dollars for LESS than 3 weeks nightly supply.OR WORSE $304 TO COVER EVERY NIGHT OF THE YEAR.But I did notice a beneficial affect from it at night after taking it.

Mixes well with my nightly tea. Does not do great for me on its own.. still use my nightly melatonin supplement

Helps me relax but doesn’t knock me out or keep me out by any means. It’s worth trying if you’re a light insomniac.

Helps calm me in the evenings
Sometimes I just can't wind down at the end of the night, but these powder sticks helped immensely. I took it with milk, and it just felt really smooth. After about 45 minutes, I noticed that I was very relaxed as the evening came to a close. I can't say it helped me fall asleep, necessarily, but I think it's a step in the right direction.

These sticks were tricky to use at first since the instructions were not in my native language. However I used them and fell fast asleep.

Kind of works.
Let me first say I'm a hard core insomniac. Have been for years. I go to bed and in about an hour, I'll fall asleep. Then in two hours I wake up and am awake for an hour or so before falling asleep again. Sleep for two more hours then awake for an hour. Repeat. This is an every night routine for me.With these sleep sticks, I poured one into some infused water and drank it before bed. I don't think I was awake for an hour before I fell asleep. I think I slept about four hours before waking up. But I fell asleep again in about 30 minutes instead of an hour. So this is an improvement. I didn't wake again until about 5:30 am. I usually get up at 7 am so I just watched TV until time to get up.I'll try these sleep sticks again tonight and I'll try one every night until I finish the box. Hopefully, the effect is cumulative and I'll be able to sleep through the night.
