Love that these are soft since kids like to put stuff in their Mouths and sometimes it can be dangerous. Seeing these are soft I think it’s less of a danger to kids so I love that. I ordered these because I never seem to have enough manipulatives in my math class. These are the perfect size for using during exponents or perimeter. They are foam and while that is usually a concern with middle schoolers they actually prefer the feel of them over the plastic. I love the container they came in as it will make storing them easier. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is there is a bit of a manufacturing smell from the foam. I left them sitting open and I imagine it will dissipate after a few hours.
