I will admit that I originally received a board that had issues. I couldn't connect it to my windows 11 PC. The USB C cable that was included wouldn't stay connected to the board. I believe the port was worn.The seller went above and beyond to fix my issues. They immediately responded to my concerns and addressed everything. Sent a new board out to replace the original shipment.When I received the new shipment, the board was what I imagined I was originally ordering. It's light, quiet and the wired/wireless modes work great.I am using Gateron pro browns in the board and it's springy and quick to type on. There isn't a "ping" sound you get from steel plates. Out of the box with no mods done to it, it sounds great. I would highly recommend this board.

I put Haimu lemon switches in these and it’s fantasticPros:- great quality- sounds great-soft typing feel- blu tooth works great- RGB looks greatCons:- software is awfulIt’s a plastic case, so it’s super light, but honestly it is better than my glorious GMMK pro keyboard which cost me over $200 to build.

The first two boards I received had small issues with them; The sellers kindly reached out and quickly asked if they could offer me a refund for the inconvenience. They were very prompt and extremely friendly. The boards are of great quality and very customizable.

Overpriced compared to the other listings of this keyboard elsewhere. But if you dont want to wait, pay the premium because the board still sounds great. Build quality is fine for the price, knob is lightly tactile and clicky. Cabling sucks when taking the board apart.

The keyboard base has a really good feel straight out of the box and I had no issues with the keys. My switches worked with this base and all of the keys connected properly. I only wish I had known they were south-facing LEDs instead of north-facing. My friend had recommended this base for me and I'll be recommending it to others and I'll be buying more for future keyboard builds! (I'm using DangKeebs Cookies and Cream switches)The customer service by this company is one of the best, they worked really hard to make sure I was satisfied and I really want to compliment them for it.

The keyboard looks amazing but upon plugging it in and testing it out, I realized that several keys didn't even work. For nearly $70 and hours of work prepping and waiting for this to arrive, it's pretty disappointing. I ordered a replacement, so I hoping that one works...UPDATE: My replacement keyboard came & that one also had several defective keys. I am taking the replacement back and ended up ordering a keyboard from a different company.

I like everything about this keyboard except that it is plastic. Although, it is a very budget keyboard and you can't expect that it would be milled steel. Everything about this keyboard is superb from the gasket performance to the RGB. Another downside is how hard it is to remap the keyboard. I wanted to remap it but it was too hard and ended up just changing the keyboard settings in the os of your computer. Other than those very small "issues" everything else is great and I would 100% buy this keyboard again.

This is my first plastic case for a custom keyboard, and it sounds nice with the Akko Piano Pro V3 (lubed). Sounds creamy and marbly with a deeper tone. I have a few other keyboards well over the $500 range and this one sounds great for something that cost me less than $200. A great budget keyboard and I highly recommend this.
