I'd say 2X, I wear an extra large. I ordered a 2X and it fits just right!

Q: Do these bulge out anywhere down the zipper? Some sweatshirts bulge on the zipper.

I hate sweatshirts that do that as well. With these being pretty lightweight material (why I got it) I haven't had any bulging at all
