Q: Does it work with Mac?

Yes, the microphone for andriod also works on Mac. But mine used the built-in microphone for the first time. I set "USB Audio 1.0" as the default microphone and the wireless mic works. Hoping this is helpful.

Q: How is the noise reduction?

The sound is very concentrated, definitely great for voiceovers and is really good on blocking background noise. In my video, you can see the wind making the leaves shake violently, but barely hear the wind.

Q: How do I get the mini microphone to work on my Galaxy S22+? My phone get nothing when the lav mic plugged in. Thanks.

You can try to turn on the "OTG" function on you phone. In my case there isn't an OGT option. In the built in phone software under the video tab there may be something you can select for options that lets you change from internal mic to "wired mic" the mic will have a solid green light while the receiver will have a solid red light. Maybe this will help someone.

Yes. But you need to use the black USB adapter.
