can i use it in the tank? like substrate? i was going to sorround my lucky bamboo with them...??? just got my order, i will put some in the canisters.

You can, but they were designed for use in a filter so that they can maximize the amount of bacteria in the tank.

Can i use this in 2 fx6’s, and if yes, how many trays can i fill up? i’m aiming on filling up 2 trays for both of my fx6s.

That will probably work if you are using the red trays for other media. If you are pulling the red trays out and completely filling the trays, you may need 2 canisters.

Do pores get blocked after sometime? If so, can you clean? How durable are these?

Yes the pores can become clogged. Avoid serious clogging by putting your fine mechanical filtration before the Matrix and replace the mechanical filtration before it gets saturated with gunk. I clean the Matrix periodically by pouring it into a colander and agitating it under running water. That keeps the pores open and clean. If the Matrix really gets very dirty, I would replace it. Otherwise it's good indefinitely.

I'm using this product since 15 days , 2 liter for my 130g but dosen't help reducing nitrate how many days ,weeks need to build the useful bacteria ?

It takes months for the bacteria you need to grow for removing the nitrate. Also depends on how stocked your tank is. You will need 2.2 pounds of matrix per 26 gallons of water to see any difference in nitrate levels
