Pathetic Software
Cloud recording is pathetic, don't send the proper notifications, recording is just for 2 to 3 seconds. It's the worst app I've seen in my life. Even after payment for cloud recording for a year I'm not getting the recording. Software is also very slow and recording just jumps from one scene to another. Not worth at all.

5G sims won't work ..only 4G
Since their customer care is unwilling to help and Jio 4g /Bsnl sim. The best option is to buy only a 4g sim, so that it can connect to the network

Cameras color issue
The media could not be loaded. I brought this camera on 21 July 2023. Now im facing problem picture color not proper. please find attached screen short and vedio for reference.
