I would have loved to enjoy this book since it's a subject of great interest to me, but I simply couldn't ignore the terrible quality and endless errors. This book was presented as an easy access point for Westerners and was apparently written by a Western man, yet the quality of the writing was awful. When attempting to make an analogy the author would list an absurd number of irrelevant examples, so many that by the time I finished reading, I could no longer understand what point was trying to be expressed. In addition to the terrible quality of writing, the quality of the language and grammar was equally inadequate. There were numerous sentences lacking vital commas that caused several misunderstandings. On many occasions incorrect words were used in a sentence e.g "Affect" instead of "Effect", "To" instead of "Too". These were very simple problems that would have been avoided with a basic proof-reading. Due to poor formatting, many sentences contained massive spaces that were quite jarring when reading. Finally, many of the images throughout the book were of incredibly poor quality, very low resolution, and not fit for purpose. I cannot fully express how disappointed I am with this purchase, if it were possible to give negative stars in this review then I would.
