Totally saving my jaw and teeth but...
Ever since I was 2 years old (according to my mother) I have ground my teeth in my sleep. By the time I was in my late 20's I had a dentist tell me I had ground my back molars down so much that I had the molars of an 80 year old. Later I had another dentist totally insult me by yelling at me saying I had psychological problems! He said "You need to see a counselor and get help, there's SOME reason why you grind your teeth every night!" I was watching his assistant cringing in the corner as he screamed at me and then I asked "Did I have psychological problems when I was 2? Because my mom said I've been grinding my teeth in the night ever since I was 2 years old."Anyway, lately (now that I'm in my late 50's) my jaw has been getting so bad that it's popping and hurting and I can hardly open my mouth wide enough to put food in it. I even woke up one night to my own grinding and found I was chipping my own eye tooth! When you grind at night it's not always just molars on molars, we grind also sideways toward the front and it wears on the third teeth from the front (the Canine / Cuspid on top and bottom). That's what I was doing when I woke up one night and felt chips of tooth in my mouth. So I called a specialist and found there was on one "Board Certified Specialist" in Peoria, IL and one in Chicago, IL. I made an appointment at the one in Chicago since it was cheaper up front, not requiring xrays (they take cash only) but I ABSOLUTELY HAD to do something to hold me over until I could see her so I found this.I am a very petite person with small bones. My wrist alone is super small. I am 5'4" and I weight 104. So I thought this "Sleepette" (smaller purple one instead of the large clear one) would be perfect. Fortunately they give you 3 small AND 3 large ones in the package. At first I read and re-read the instructions. Since I had no food themometer I used the instructions on how to do it without one and used the timer on my phone so it worked great. As for timing the seconds needed for the guard to soak, etc., my bathroom clock tics loud enough I could easily count that while keeping an eye on the guard as it started to curl. I don't know how anyone could watch a timer / clock and the curling guard in the hot water at the same time. You have to be quick about sucking the air out of it while pushing on the inside with your tongue and pushing on the outside, and biting down but NOT too hard... so it's complicated but it worked. However, once I had it done and went to bed that night, I realized it was a bit too small so that my very back teeth were not touching. It had shrunk up too much to be useful for anyone except a smaller child. At that point I knew I could get out of bed and do the process again with the bigger one to have better results - even though the large one seemed HUGE, it really does shrink down well and that's the one I've been wearing at night. Each day so far, my jaw has been feeling better and better and less pain or popping. I am EXTREMELY grateful to have this. I used to have one my dentist made that was hard and also served as a retainer for my top teeth but I outgrew it. That really is the best kind and worked for many years. It's called "Crystal Clear" and is supposed to be one of the best since it is hard AND is made in a lab to be graduated so it allows all of your teeth to touch evenly and grind evenly at the same time. However, it used to cost $300 and now it costs over $600 so this was my cheaper option at the moment since I need to save my money for paying the specialist.I truly believe that more people grind their teeth than know it and everyone would benefit from some kind of a night guard to be safe. I'll get much more educated on it once I see the specialist in a few weeks and can decide if I need to go back to a more expensive, professionally-made, hard guard, but in the meantime, this has been a real life saver. And I LOVE the fact they give you 3 of each size so you can practice if you need to or make another guard or two. That was extremely kind and thoughtful of the company to do! Hopefully I can learn some proper exercises to do that will help my jaw as well. I hope to be able to eat well for many years to come and I was afraid lately I was ruining my jaw from all of the grinding. Also, in my case I thought it might be tricky because I currently have 4 Zirconia Dental Implants that do not have caps on them yet (just the studs) and I am missing a couple molars on one side. But this molded nicely around everything and works well. Plus I have extras to make later if I get more dental work done and it doesn't fit. I also read somewhere that it's possible to re-heat and re-do the mouth guard, so if I need to re-do it in the future, I might start with trying that before I use another new one.Sweet dreams, and I hope this review had been helpful!

Sleep Assistance and Comfortable
The directions for this mouth guard were very easy to follow. It was quick to set the mold. I have had issues with thickness when it comes to mouth guards, however, this one sets to the perfect size. It has also helped to improve my sleep. The case is cute as well, and you even get fun stickers to decorate it with!

Perfect size for a woman- or teenager
This mouthguard is perfect for my mouth size. I was worried about it being too bulky but it's not. It was easy to mold to my mouth and comes in a cute pink box with stickers. I didn't care about the stickers but it would be fun for a girl. There were 3 in the box, which is great! I've had mine for about 6 months and my back teeth have worn out the guard, so it's time to mold another one. Very happy with my purchase

Not great for teeth clenching
It was really easy to mold to my teeth, which was nice and super convenient. I got it because I’ve been clenching my teeth in my sleep, but I’m not loving it. The mouth guard is kind of thin, so it doesn’t really help much with the clenching. Might work for someone else, but not really cutting it for me.

Don’t buy, see a dentist
DO NOT BUY THIS. I am a very intense nighttime clencher and tried this nightguard to save money and I seriously regret it. Unlike the ones I get from my dentist, these are a softer material which gradually caused my molars to shift with all the clenching I do at night and now my bite is even worse. Going to have to spend a lotttt more money now to fix it. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!

Love the fit and size variety
Package nicely and it was very clear how to mold the mouth guards. I’ve tried several different moldable mouth guards for sleep since I’ve always been a pretty bad grinder when I sleep. I used to get the name brand moldable mouth guards from Walmart, but every time I would grind the bottom enough where it would separate and no longer work properly. Since purchasing these I’ve had NO issues like I had with all the other name brand moldable mouth guards. Definitely will repurchase!

Easy to use…but caused more of an issue…
I have horrible TMJ and a slight under bite. Using this on my top teeth made my TMJ worse because I couldn’t close my mouth comfortably.I used the extra one and molded it to my bottom teeth. It works, but it would be great if this company created a mouth guard for other people like me, with an under bite, specifically for bottom teeth.***EDIT***Okay, so after using this for a few weeks, my TMJ is worse and my jaw pulls to the left. They are waaay too thick. I went to my dentist for help. The ones from the dentist measure about 1.2mm thick, these are probably three times that. Also, I still couldn’t set my jaw comfortably and I would wake up with my either my back teeth or front teeth hurting from clenching to keep the guard in place. I used the clear ones as the purple ones are way too small. If these are made for women, they feel like they should be used to spar in the ring, not for sleep.Off to find thinner ones as the ones the dentist makes is $500; if another kind don’t work, then I am going to have to pay the $500. At this point, I am willing to if that means relief.
